You can fit a lot inside and on top of this desk! Bush makes really decent office furniture. I have this desk, a chair and a bookcase and am happy with all of it. IT all arrived in good shape except the bookcase needed some grommets (I think?). Bush gives a number to call them direct if any parts are missing and they sent the parts immediately! I paid someone to assemble it all. File drawers eliminate the need for a separate cabinet. The only surprise was that the drawers do not go the full width of the desk. They could actually be bigger and hold more. On the other hand you can store (hide) things down behind them! ... show more

The desks look nice and a little bit of a challenge to put together. We did use the video in instruction step by step, wish it had audible direction as well. Drawers work well and plenty of work space. My BIG complaint is the edges, they are knife sharp. I have to put on a wrist protector when I do any keyboard work as it leaves grooves in my skin. So, if at least the top was smoothed over to a soft edge, would be a 6 star desk. ... show more

It's a lot of work to assemble this desk. It's all particle board so the parts and packages are very heavy. An electric screw driver helps a lot as there are lots of screws. Nothing is preassembled. The boards are cut to size and the screw holes are drilled and that's it. You do all the rest of the assembly. The instructions are reasonably good, but missing some important information.
