This is a quality product from a quality furniture vendor. It is solid (and heavy). It's going to last! All parts were present, in spite of several reviews to the contrary. (One set of screws were correct, but a different part number than called out on the instructions.) At least one review claimed the drawers were not full depth, but they are. (They obviously cannot extend past the overhang in the back.) Another review indicated that the bottom of the file drawers was not solid. They are fine for any reasonable use; it is not just a dust barrier. A couple reviews indicated the edges were sharp... They are not as rounded as some desks I have used in the past, but they are fine for my height. I have, however. added a (Vivo) keyboard tray as I prefer to have the keyboard at knee-level (24-26") which allows me to free up desk space. There is only about 27 1/2 inches between the drawers so all the "clamp on" units I found would not work and I had to upgrade to a swivel/pull-out tray. A bit more effort to install, but WELL WORTH the effort. (I got the Vivo Under Desk Keyboard Tray -- MOUNT-KB03B. Be sure to get the smaller version to fit into thar knee-well.) I also contacted Bush Furniture to inquire Whether the unit is the same as what they sell for almost twice the price. It is identical! And they will honor their warranties and support agreements. (But their deliveries are to your door and you cannot purchase any installation services through Bush!) Speaking of installation services... I asked for a heads-up call a half hour before delivery and got it! Made it really easy to guide the delivery to the right place for easy elevator access. The two technicians were clean, courteous and very efficient. They were experienced with these assemblies, worked very well together and wasted no time, even though being offered refreshments. The total assembly time was right at three hours although Amazon had estimated (to them) it would take only an hour. NO WAY IS THIS A ONE-HOUR JOB!!! I doubt I could have done this in less than 4 to 5 hours with a good assistant. It would be almost impossible for one person to assemble completely as installing the top, pedestals and back panel would be VERY hard to align. The Amazon charge was well worth the fee they charged. Cost me a few dollars but it was well worth it! ... show more

You can fit a lot inside and on top of this desk! Bush makes really decent office furniture. I have this desk, a chair and a bookcase and am happy with all of it. IT all arrived in good shape except the bookcase needed some grommets (I think?). Bush gives a number to call them direct if any parts are missing and they sent the parts immediately! I paid someone to assemble it all. File drawers eliminate the need for a separate cabinet. The only surprise was that the drawers do not go the full width of the desk. They could actually be bigger and hold more. On the other hand you can store (hide) things down behind them! ... show more

Garbage do not buy overpriced for cheap cardboard material.Drawers not closing properly has scratch on one of the drawers,very sharp edges you can barrely put your hands on it.Plus it takes half day to get it assembled not wort at all.

The desks look nice and a little bit of a challenge to put together. We did use the video in instruction step by step, wish it had audible direction as well. Drawers work well and plenty of work space. My BIG complaint is the edges, they are knife sharp. I have to put on a wrist protector when I do any keyboard work as it leaves grooves in my skin. So, if at least the top was smoothed over to a soft edge, would be a 6 star desk. ... show more
