As someone with incredibly sensitive, dry skin, finding a face lotion that is genuinely gentle on skin has taken me literally years. I've used every brand under the sun, and this is the only night cream I've ever used that did not burn my skin or eyes. Very neutral scent and leaves my skin feeling moisturized in the morning without a greasy, heavy feeling. My only complaint about this product is the consistency of the lotion itself. The first time I purchased it, the cream was somewhat thick and creamy and worked wonderfully. The last 2 times I've purchased, it has been incredibly runny and almost seems watered down, to the point when I opened the lid, a lot of the product splashed out as if I had spilled a cup of water. I thought maybe it had gotten warm in transit or separated so I gave it a stir and stored it somewhere cooler, but unfortunately no change. I am beginning to wonder if this is just a fluke or a different formula. I will probably wait for the price to drop before justifying giving it another try. I love this stuff. I have extremely dry skin so I use this as a regular moisturizer and it works miracles. I also have acne prone skin, and this soothes and doesn't cause breakouts. Well worth the money! The old jar I have that's not empty has a different lid than this new one. The new one arrives cracked, as seen in the photo, which was disappointing. The two lids are entirely different, though they both fit the jars. The new one is cheap and flimsy and easily cracked. The old is thicker and not nearly as flimsy.
