A very long time ago, I discovered that almost everything gives me a rash, so I stopped using this sort of product as lips are very prone to rashes, and I got some BAD ones. Then my sister began to try these, and I asked if I could try one of her spares. She handed me the pomegranate, and I didn't get a rash. YIPEEEEE!!! Now, scents and tastes on these--I can't tell the taste especially, and most of the scents. But my sister says she can smell and taste them when she uses hers. So, yay! I'll take her word for it. My sense of smell and taste have been off since I was a kid, and made worse by the pandemic, so....I don't taste them at all, and only vaguely smell them for a brief time. I am so happy to have found a product I can use!!! It has been a week now, and not even a hint of a rash or itchies. A little tube of happiness!!! My favorite is Vanilla Maple, which is ABSURDLY expensive ( $9 / stick?????--you should be ashamed to charge that much, seriously), but the Pomegranate is wonderful and much cheaper, and (some) of the multipacks are very reasonably priced. I will cry because I can only afford 1 Vanilla Maple (the combo it is in has a flavor I cannot use at all), so that one precious stick will be my special, to make it last as long as possible. This is the BEST Burts Bees lip balm flavor hands down! I find it's a little softer than some of their others and just melts onto my lips. The coconut small is more overpowering than the pear but that's a good thing. All my favorite Burts Bees products tend to get discounted (big bite stick, cough drops) so I'm really hoping this one doesn't. ... show more
