    • Do not trust burleys sizing guide

The item itself is great, but I called burley to figure out what size of thru axle I needed. They sent me a sizing guide with a ruler on it to make sure it is to scale and then you measure your current thru axel on the paper for the length and the pitch (the distance between threads). The ruler on the page was to scale and yet it completely measured my axel wrong. It said my axel was much bigger than it was and I got the wrong pitch as well. Go off what your axle says, measure it yourself, or call your bike manufacturer to get the exact thru axle specs ... show more
