Huge shoutout and I’m loving my desk!! ******************************* I usually do not write reviews, however, I felt it was important to share my experience if you are thinking about purchasing this desk. Pros: *The size of the desk is great, especially if you have multiple monitors and need the extra space *I found it easy to assemble however, plan for a couple of hours *Love the ability to easily raise and lower the desk to allow you to sit or stand Cons: *The desk stopped working with days I've reached out to support to get help and will update my review based on what happens from here. However, I'm super disappointed that I've only had the desk for less than 2 weeks and it's not working :-(

Although it took hours, the desk is rather easy to assemble. And it worked and went up and down the first time I plugged it in. The desk is nice and I was happy when I saw it moved. But just after I replugged to another outlet the desk never moves again. I replugged several times but nothing changed. I can always hear a "beep" after plugging in, and the controller shows the "69" digit number for a few seconds. But there is no response when I press any of the buttons during the controller's screen is on. And the screen goes dark after a few seconds. I reconnected the circuit and I can always hear a "beep" after connecting the power cable and the ac adapter, but nothing changed. I don't want to disassemble the desk and it's very heavy to return. I could not find customer service, and please help if you guys see this review.

Another mistake purchase from an overseas distributor. I have had this desk for a little over 3 years (not bad). Up until recently, it has been a great desk. Affordable and very nice design. I have been happy with this purchase and have bought multiple desks for co-workers. However, if it looks too good to be true..... ...and it certainly was too good to be true. We always take a risk purchasing affordable items with unfamiliar names, when we purchase on Amazon. Some items are ok. This one ended up being a bit of a conundrum. I love the option to stand and work, but when I pushed the button recently to raise the desk, it raised to a certain spot and then stopped and displayed an "E-01" error code. I attempted to unplug and reset the controls before I reached out to customer service with no success. I was able to get a hold of someone from BUNOEM, who was initially helpful. They communicated what the problem was, and advised my desk was out of warranty and that I would need to purchase a new controller to fix the issue. I was absolutely ok with this. UNTIL... I requested a link to purchase the replacement part and got the run around. When I finally received the link, it was for some random piece that didn't match the unit. I have gone back and forth with this company for almost a month requesting a new link for the proper part and included pictures of the part itself, before I was ghosted by the seller. It has been over 10 days and no one will contact me any further. I suppose I have exhausted them, trying to do the right thing. If you are looking for a temporary purchase, go ahead a do so. I am a fan of fixing the issue and keeping quality and customer service at the forefront of my mind. This was a bust. Disappointed...

This desk has been working great for over two years. I'm very happy with it. Its not nearly as sturdy as the Steelcase furniture at the office where I work, but as long as you're not sitting on it or leaning too heavily on it works plenty well for home use. Height: I'm about 5'11" and I would say it's maybe a little too high at the lowest setting. As a result I need to put my chair a little taller than I would like. No big deal. At the highest point it's just a little higher than I would typically use it, so that's great. Size: one big consideration for this desk was the size 63x30. I looked at a lot of sized and wondered if it would be too big. I am glad I went with a big one. I have a 14 inch laptop and two 24 inch monitors. I would recommend getting the biggest surface you can that works in your space. I never feel crowded. It recently just started to error out when it gets to its max height. A bit annoying since the only way to clear the error code is to unplug it and plug it back in. But it's no bid deal if I just utilize a memory setting for the highest level rather than manually running it up until it stops. Other thoughts: wasn't too bad to put together. Price was pretty reasonable at $220, and I think it's even cheaper now. I would definitely recommend this table.

good quality desk be sure to use a desk pad as the seams are not super smooth. headset holder location had to be moved because my chair was hitting it and there is no cup holder. stole on off of another desk overall would recommend did have issues the first time i was going to max height wanting to kick off just had to unplug hold up and down so it could find where it was at then kept trying i imagine its something with running to max height for the first time no other issues. fair warning she is a heavy desk and need a decent size are to assemble. Update. I’ve had the desk for a little over a year. And was having issues with it not moving contacted customer service. About the issue. They helped me resolve the problem and sent me the repair parts at no cost to me. This is a good company. That really stands behind thier product. Verry impressed they were willing to do that and never asked about me paying for the parts or anything. They sent a controller. Controller box. And a spare motor that I did not end up needing

This is a really nice standing desk. I wanted something with a sort of writing desk on the left since I am left handed. It works like a charm. The box is pretty heavy so you might need to have help getting it inside, but if you just open the top side of the box and it's laid out for easy assembly. One of my favorite parts of this assembly is that it comes together as you pull stuff out of the box. From the instructions this thing will life about 160 pounds, however, I don't know if that's true. I have a laptop, some papers and notebooks and a 24" monitor on mine, and while it moves smoothly, I don't know if I could get another monitor in it and feel good about that movement. That concern is based on the sound during a lift to standing, rather than anything else. It probably would be fine, but come on if you have over 160 pounds of stuff on your desk, you might need to reorganize some stuff. I like this desk, it's sturdy, it's comfortable, and it's one of the least expensive.
