They have done their homework when designing this light. Best feature is that the power button is just on and off. No strobe, no dimming, it just blasts white light. Still small enough to use as a daily tool. The charger is pretty classy too. Simple USB plug in, and it is fairly quick to charge. The readout also tells how much voltage each battery currently has, and an ammeter showing how much current is coming in. When they are full, it says they are “full”. Quite possibly the coolest thing I’ve bought for myself. Main warning, don’t shine people in the face with it. Also, if it doesn’t work when you put the battery pack in, tighten the base a little more. ... show more

For the people not saying it's not as bright as they expected, make sure you are out of eco mode... you get less than HALF the brightness in regular mode. I was disappointed until I changed modes. Great tight beam that is extremely intense. Overkill for nearly every situation but fun to use.

Update ⚠️ this product isn’t shipped or sold by Amazon , so the company uses that as a loophole to keep your refund and the light after you send it back⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT ⚠️ Thrunight is better and brighter and won’t steel your hard earned money I compared the 2 brightest lights I could find , thrunight is 1850 meters and this is 2500. They’re literally the same bright, this one has a very small flood with is perfect for the ocean at night , you don’t want that ocean air all lit up , strong beam , but I went with thrunight cause it was $180 cheaper for the same thing . Thrunight isn’t as bright , but dam close , k75 is an amazing light , but not $180 more amazing. Thrunight is $200 on sale , had it been $299 I woulda kept the $379 k75 . Both are great, when it goes on sale I’ll get the K75. Both are a must have if your on the ocean at night scanning for divers or rocks or lobster traps to avoid ... show more

This light is everything you've seen on YouTube reviews raving about it. Does not disappoint in the candela department and clearly has enough punch on the mid levels for long term duty use. Built like a tank as all Acebeam lights are. You get what you pay for.

I have a 38' sailboat that draws 5' and I'm in southwest Florida. You really need to stay inside the channel markers, which requires being able to see them. This light fits the bill perfectly. Plenty of range and no cords to mess with and resists foul weather. Very pleased and recommend highly.
