    • Great for office morale! Some minor bugs, easy to fix
I only chose to right a review because of all of the negative reviews about it not working. There is an issue with the chain getting caught and the claw not wanting to close. We are easily able to fix this by pushing the lever to bring the claw up until it fixes the chain (it will be a bit past it being at the top and it will make clicking noises but keep pushing the lever for it to go up until it closes the claw). Other than the issue of the claw getting stuck, I think this is a great claw machine. Even adults in my office really enjoy taking a break to play the little claw machine and get some candy. I did have to use smaller candies as small snickers type of candy was harder to get out. But, small candies like bubble gum size are perfect. I found really good fruit candies with a filling at the dollar tree that are a big hit with the office. Just ordered some tiny squishy stress relieve toys to see how those work in it (I think theyll work since they arent as dense/heavy as the chocolates). ... show more

When we initially received it, it wasn’t working but we were able to pop off the bottom and reseat the wires and toggles and it’s been working since then. My son loves it! Good quality product, my 8 and 6 year old love to earn coins, to play, as a reward. Can't put too many prizes in at once but really that's not a big deal for them and it's just challenging enough to keep them interested but not frustrated. So far, squishies and smarties, or other rolls of candy, work well (prizes need to be fairly light). Also, as mentioned in other reviews, a volume control would be ideal but otherwise, worth the money! ... show more

Well you know what they say. Products are made to outlive their warranty by one day so you have to pay full price for the replacement. This is exactly that. The chain broke for the claw and my return window closed yesterday. Kids had fun while it lasted but the claw was too big for the box anyways..

I bought this for my friend’s kid. They were too young ( around 2) to control and with the tiny coin insert, you do worry about the choking hazard. But now that they are 4 the kids do get a kick ass time out of it . They proactively put anything that they can think of in the little plastered areas and hoping they will grab on it. Some do works and some don’t but overall this toys will buy you 30 mins of that quiet time you want it. So I think that’s pretty priceless. ... show more

Worked for about 3 hours. Kids loved it but it was not as straight forward. You have to use the coins that come with it before each play. Some times it would not drop the prize but still worth the money
