I'm a minimalist and when I buy a new iPhone I want something that will protect the front and back (to an extent), but add very little weight or take away from the good looking design of the device... When the 12 first came out there were no bumper cases available, so I bought a clear case so I could see the color (blue) of the phone that I purchased. I waited awhile and sure enough, out came the bumpers and I found this one... It fits my 12 perfectly and it has raised edges front and back so the camera lens and back are protected when I set it down on the back and vice versa for the front if I set it down the other way... It is extremely lightweight so I really can't tell the difference in weight when its on or off... For me, this is a perfect bumper case and I would highly recommend it for those like myself that want a minimalist case to protect the front and back of their phone when it is set down on a hard flat surface... ... show more

    • Excellent thin bumper case

I've been using this type of case since the iphone 6, and they always tend to be one of my favorite overall cases. This one is right up there, too. I got the blue one, which isn't exactly the same as the 12 pro max blue, but it compliments it well IMO. The raised corners on the back to protect the camera are the right height, and are pretty solid so they shouldn't deform when dropped. The front bezel comes up maybe a fraction of a mm above my glass screen protector. The buttons are easy to find and have a good clicky feel to them. The case doesn't appear to block the AT&T 5Ge signal at all which is great. You do need finger nails to access the mute switch, but that's always been required with these types of cases. This is a great case, for people with long long long nails. If you are a normal person with normal nails, you can't reach the buttons to change from silent mode to normal. Obviously a deal breaker for 98% of humanity. Too bad, other than that the case is pretty cool.

Fits what i was looking for. I don’t like having a case and I prefer to use MagSafe car mounts so I needed a bumper case. I had dropped my phone from very short heights and knocked the stainless steel band around the phone. This will be perfect to prevent that. My only design wish is to remove the ‘ears’ from the corner, which raise the rear of the phone to protect the cameras. But the cameras are unlikely to break or scratch simply from being placed on a table. I shaved those off with a razor and now it feels better in my hand. The blue matches the Pacific Blue iPhone 12 Pro very well. Looks great altogether. ... show more

I am the least graceful person on two legs. I drop my phone constantly, often pretty hard. This case has been a life saver. This case will dent, ding, and bend out of shape if hits something just right on the corners, but it’s always just the case. I can usually hand adjust them a few times after some drops but often the bottom never sits right again near the charger port. Ordering my 4th case today. My previous was for the 12 Pro Max, the other were for my 11 Pro. They lasted me about 6mo each so it’s a pretty good value to me. ... show more

    • High quality case with major flaw around the Ringer/Silent Switch

This case feels incredibly premium, however unless you use a tool, or have long fingernails, it is impossible to use the ringer/silent switch. I have small fingers, and no matter how hard I try, I can not access the switch. I do not have this problem on my Speck or Apple cases. I am not sure if the band is too thick, or the opening too small, but if you rely on using the switch, I strongly suggest a different case. ... show more

Exactly what I was looking for. First I got Apple's own cover, it was very expensive and too heavy, returned. Then I bought a transparent bumper from Amazon, that also seemed bulky and I kept searching and came across this one. It's really great product, it's metallic so you don't lose the metallic feel of the phone and still protects it thoroughly. ONE HUGE FLAW IN DESIGN - You will need tweezers to Turn Off/On Volume Button. Even my wifes little hands & kind of long nails did not do the trick. Bunch of other reviewers mentioned the same think so take that in to consideration. But if you don't care about Turning iPhone ON/OFF then go ahead & buy it. It's cool looking bumper. ... show more
