The suction was great for the first week, but seems to be getting a little weaker by the day. I love the design and the multiple sections of the plate. My 11 month old will likely rip it off the table once per meal.

Ok so here is the thing, I love the design of this and the suction is good. However, it is smaller than some other suction plates and my 18 month old eats like she is a wild animal. She is a BIG eater so I have to continue to refill the plate as she eats which isn't ideal if I want to be multitasking. Because the sections are on the small side, it does make it slightly harder to hand wash (I usually do since we use the plates more often than we can run the dishwasher).
