    • Good suction, holds steady, easy clean
We got this for my beginning eater, and for my 4yo who has a feeding disorder - they are still learning to use utensils and learning to feed themselves. I got these so that the plate would stay still while they were trying to scoop food out and it has been working excellently! We’ve had them over a year I believe and they still seem to be good as new. They stay put really well, I would say a one year old can almost never pull them up if they are stuck to a non porous surface. But even my wooden table they stick pretty good. They aren’t too difficult to detach by an adult, but sometimes suction to the counter or table more than I expect. I hand wash ours and sometimes put it in the dishwasher if I remove all the food from it. I think they would be effective for toddlers who are prone to throwing their dishes. It would at least give you enough time to get over and grab the dish before all the food is on the floor. Haha! ... show more

These plates are the best. We originally got a set gifted to use for my child's first birthday and have since bought two more sets for ourselves and the grandparents. They have lasted well through all the various washings, cutting, throwing, and biting. We have not had one tear or anything like that yet and it's been almost a year for the first set. The lids fit snuggly and are spill proof so they can be packed full in the diaper bag with no problems for transport. The suction is very strong and works well, however our 2 year old can lift it off the table with effort. But it deters well enough for us that even when it does get lifted we can stop it in time to avoid a complete mess. Overall, I highly recommend these plates. We will be using them for our next baby as well. ... show more

We like these plates. They are easy to clean and store, and we are big fans of silicone. My kids loved picking their colors. The suction cups basically adhere any time we put the plates on a solid surface, but my kids can still pull them up if they are trying hard enough... which ends up throwing any leftover food everywhere. The four suction cups can be a little tedious for the adults to release when time to clean up because they easily adhere and therefore sometimes restrict before we get the others released. Great plates, buy I think I preferred the plates with the one larger suction cup. ... show more

The company has been extremely helpful in matching us with a product that works much better for our child - namely the bamboo plates. We LOVE these plates. The design is perfect for our toddler, he’s pretty chill but can have toddler moments where he likes to see if he can launch his plate into space and the suction cups are strong enough for his largest fit. The dividers are perfect for his meals and they clean up so easily. We've gone through several suction plates for our toddler who loves chucking her plate, and so far we like this one the most! The suction works well and there are 4 small suction cups instead of 1, so that it still sticks even if she dislodges one suction portion. They're durable since they're silicone and can go in the dishwasher. Other plates we've had either no longer stick to the table or have broken from being dropped.
