You get a 180 day supply with this bottle of BulkSupplements.com Glucosamine HCL Capsules. 1000 mg per 2 capsules is under the usual dosage of 1500 mg, although glucosamine HCL is a more concentrated form versus glucosamine sulfate, so this is relatively equal in strength. However, I see mixed reviews on which form is more effective in treating joint issues. If you have shellfish allergies you should not take this as it is derived from shells. The large bottle is nearly filled to capacity, which helps reduce plastic waste. There is only one safety seal located under the childproof cap. The contents are in the form of an average sized capsule. I opened one and the ingredients have a white crystalline consistency that has a mildly sweet medicine like taste. The following company info was gleaned from internet research: Founded in 2013, BulkSupplements.com is the internet name for Hard Eight Nutrition LLC, located in Henderson, NV, USA. They are currently operating out of a 45,000 sq. ft. facility, but either are in the process, or already have expanded to 137,000 sq. ft. With more than 100 employees on staff, Bulk Supplements manufactures some of their own products and will increase the amount of self-manufactured supplements with the expansion. They ship worldwide. BulkSupplements.com offers Sports Nutrition, Herbal product, Sweeteners, Vitamins and Minerals. They maintain an extensive website and check all the marks for safe manufacturing practices. Prior to this order I had never heard of this supplier. After doing a little research I feel comfortable with their trustworthiness, corporate transparency, and business practices.

I did some research on Glucosamine and if this bottle is labeled correctly, then it is free of anything harmful - yay. I will admit that after a week or so of taking these, my joints did feel a little better than normal, but not enough that I couldn't attribute it to weather, or diet, or exercise or any of the other things that can affect joint discomfort. I haven't had any bad effects from these, so I will continue taking them to see if my joints really do improve.

This is a decent, third party tested glucosamine hydrochloride (HCL) supplement. This product is derived from shellfish, so if you have allergies, this is not for you. Two capsules is a serving. When you get to a certain age, dabbling in these sorts of supplements becomes commonplace. I have tried lots and am so far happy with this supplement. BulkSupplements.com has decent products, I have tried and use several regularly.

Came in a large 360 capsule / 180 serving bottle. Bottle was safety sealed under cap, was bar coded, and stamped with lot ID and best before date of 10/31/2025. Inspection did not reveal any off odors, scents or appearance. Instructions state to take two capsules daily. Each serving delivers 1000 mg of D-Glucosamine HCl. I personally did not experience any allergic reactions or digestive issues with this product. I will update this review should I encounter any tangible effects whether positive or negative.

Comes in a large quantity, great value. And the capsules are easy to swallow. I've had other brands of glucosamine in tablet form, and those were like horse pills compared to these. Happy with the small pill size. No taste. Haven't had these long enough to notice a difference as far as effectiveness goes, but I've purchased from this brand before so I expect these will be good for joint pain and mobility. Minimalist packaging is fine by me, there's a safety cap on this bottle which I appreciate.

I've purchased other Bulk Supplements brands in the past and have always been happy with the quality of products. Two capsules have 1000mg of D-Glucosamine HCL and that's it besides the bovine gelatin capsule. They ARE soy-free, dairy-free, yeast/gluten-free and additive-free as the bottle says. There was an "off-putting" odor upon opening the bottle. Don't know if that's coming from the bottle itself, but the capsule doesn't seem to have any lingering smell once taken out of bottle. Capsules were easy to swallow with no gag-reflex. A bottle contains 360 capsules, enough for 6 months.
