  • Very smooth ride but does scratch easily
Color: Forest Green
The media could not be loaded. Nice ride, high quality travel stroller which folds nicely and is very light and perfect for travel. The only downside is that it indeed scratches easily, like other reviews mentioned.

  • Luxurious
Color: Midnight Black
I love how luxurious this feels. It is easy to open with only one hand. Light, but not flimsy or rickety. In fact it feels very sturdy. My three year old loves to ride in it. He seems to be comfortable while in it. It is compact so leaves a lot of space available for lots of other things in my trunk. I am loving it so far! Update (January, 2024): Still loving it! It is holding up very well. Still feels sturdy. We traveled to the Disney parks and it was a bliss going through the crowd. Same at the airport. Perfect for travel! Will forever recommend to my friends and anyone who asks for the best travel stroller. This is our everyday stroller now! ... show more

  • Great lightweight stroller that is perfect for travel!
Color: Forest Green
Just got my Bugaboo butterfly yesterday and was so excited to get it set up and start using it. We have a big bulky stroller and living in Brooklyn and having to deal with any type of stairs is just a huge issue. I really wanted a lightweight stroller but we do t have much space so when I saw the butterfly and how small it collapsed I immediate had to get it. I must say, It’s so easy to set up and break down! It is just as easy as all of the videos I saw online. Sometimes I see a video and think that looks easy…until I use it when I’m left wondering how in the world something works. It opens, locks, and collapses easily and can be done with one hand (important when you have a baby in the other). It's so light and the shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. I can easily see how this fits in a plane overhead compartment. Speaking of a plane overhead compartment I can tell it's going to be great for travel. We are headed to the beach this weekend and not having my uppababy vista take up our entire trunk is gonna be a game changer. Also, I got green and the color is beautiful - someone stopped me on the street to ask me about it. ... show more

  • Expensive but worth it
Color: Midnight Black
I did so much research and decided to get this compact stroller for my very tall one year old. The wheels worked well, lots of room for him to grow and easy to collapse. We tested it out on our spring break trip and it saved so much car space. I know it will do great on our upcoming cruise and Paris. So happy! ... show more

  • Love this stroller!
Color: Forest Green
This is the perfect lightweight, compact stroller. I did a lot of research and I’m so glad I went with this one. It’s compact, attractive, lightweight, has a large sunshade and a decent sized storage. I have an Uppababy Cruz with all the bells and whistles - but I might just sell it and use this stroller for all my needs. It much less cumbersome and takes a lot less space. ... show more

  • Nice stroller but some minor issues
Color: Midnight Black
I just received my Bugaboo Butterfly stroller today and was super excited. It was easy to put together as only the seat padding was needed to put through straps, so it came assembled in the box. I was interested in the babyzen yoyo2 but went with this one because it was cheaper, included a foot rest, and was REALLY only one hand/one sec fold. Upon opening it and closing it for the first time took multiple times to get a real feel for how it folds compactly and opens, you do have to step on the bottom and kind of push the back part in for it to clip in place. This is not shown on any of the reviews and I thought this was critical because it is kind of an awkward feel. I did also find that opening the stroller was difficult. There are two safety locks that need to be pressed on the handle bar to open the stroller. One first, then the other. I don't know if I received a faulty product, but I did find that it gets "stuck" and is very hard to unlock the stroller when compact. It is not as easy as some of the video reviews I saw on youtube. After a few tries though, I was able to get a feel for the stroller as it has to be in a certain position in the compact lock to not get stuck when trying to open it. The shoulder strap also gets caught inside the stroller and is hard to find to get out. The "lock " feature on the leg/foot rest is actually hard to maneuverer and you have to have two hands for this. Overall I'm keeping the stroller because I need it for travel, but definitely looks very chic and is light weight. Would have gave it a 5 star if it wasn't for those slight annoyances. I used to have the Doona(one of my favs) and it would have to be in a certain position to close easily, not a lot of reviews mentioned this. After a while and getting used to it, came as second nature. Hoping it's the same with this because I really do like it and the wheels are smooth and controlled. Update 6/19 I was able to get around some of the struggles I had like the stroller has to be locked symmetrically in the compact position or else it gets stuck and is difficult to unlock and open the stroller. After multiple attempts I did get a feel for it. One thing I did notice when taking it out my feet would scuff the wheels on the back so how they are positioned you have to push the stroller away from your body a bit. Still overall a great compact lightweight travel stroller. I would recommend 100% ... show more

  • Works for 3 month old
Color: Midnight Black
My first airline trip is coming up in a month and this stroller seems perfect for travel. PRO’s - well made, excellent materials, lightweight, generous canopy & easy to fold (although maybe not as seamless as the videos make it seem - it gets slightly stuck sometimes but it’s really ok and not that serious.). I’d say 75% of the time it will fold/unfold with one hand. CON’s: I wish it had a full recline for super little ones but I found a work around for my 12 week old. Since these strollers are typically not recommended until at least 4-6 months, I purchased an Uppa Baby newborn insert for more support so she can nap comfortably. Photos show before and after - with and without it. I’m sure as the little one gets bigger, I will love this stroller even more than I already do. It also folds with the insert which is nice. Update: At 4.5 months old no insert is needed. Baby has good head control and can easily nap with the max recline. She also seems very happy in the upright position. The unfold mechanism takes some getting used to and I can now open it with 1 hand 90% of the time. ... show more
