The media could not be loaded. Okay so mine came with fabric and when I tried to remove it the bobbin was absolutely messed up at the bottom. Thank goodness I got it out but it's like what the heck ya know. After fixing it myself (call me Bob the builder) it works pretty good.

    • Difficult to thread.

Cute machine with nice accessories but it was very difficult to be able to see to thread the machine needle. I tried removing the presser foot to get a better site line but it still was vary hard to thread even us8ng a needle threader. I returned it. I am not a beginner either.
