Super EASY TO ASSEMBLE. You don't need instructions really. There's only 4 parts, and it's obvious how it all comes together. Just make sure you really push the handles on to the bar. There shouldn't be any extra space so you'll know when it's on right. QUALITY is also really good. If i had to nitpick I'd say that the handles could do with being slightly longer. You don't want your hands right next to the wheel when it's rolling as it'll rub against your hand if you're too close. Another inch maybe would have been fine. As it is I just space my hands a bit more, and it still works fine. STABILITY is really good, and it's ultimately why I picked this roller. You really do need the wider wheel when you're rolling out (especially if you're a newbie) so getting the extra space in wheel width is great. Now to be clear, it is EASY TO USE, but it's important you START SMALL. Don't rush into this. Using an Ab Roller is one of the hardest exercises you can do when done correctly. Take your time, go a little bit at a time, and if you feel any pain at all you need to pull back. FINAL VERDICT This is a great Ab Roller, and I'm really happy I got it. I would have liked a bit more length in the knee pad, but what I have works fine. The added wheel width, quality of the roller itself, and included resistance bands made this buy a no-brainer. UPDATE: I had an issue where the red rubber areas on the wheel were pulling away from the center black section. The material is similar to a bike tire. I informed the merchant of the problem, and sent them a picture so they could see the problem I was having. Now to be fair, I use this thing daily, but that didn't stop them from helping me out and sending me another one. All I needed to do was send back the one I had initially purchased, which was easy enough to do. Finding a good roller is challenging as you don't want to pick up a piece of crap that could break under you, and wind up with you seriously hurt. The core metal shaft seems thin and it could wobble around when it slowly come loose. knee pad is a total joke, it is so small and this. better not having it and have a better roller itself.

I like this product. You might think just rolling a wheel is gonna help? YES! Challenge yourself by going a bit farther until you can nearly lay down. Then add in a short pause before coming back. Do a few sets a day. You will feel your core tightening. It works! Now to address the issue of this being cheaply made. That may be what it appears to be at first. However, I am a large man weighing 240 lbs. This roller supports my weight with no issues. There has been no bending of the bar or slippage of the handles. I find this product to be well made including the center track that allows you to go stronger to one side or the other to attack your obliques ... show more

I've had a wheel like this before but it was just single wheel and not around we like this one. I like this one much better because shape of the wheel allows you to lean to the left and right and I'm able to hit my obliques much easier. And this will has really heavy duty and solid. I'm also able to do planks with this have roller hand it is giving me a lot of variation to my ab routine which is really cool. This Ab roller wheel is the best one I’ve used in my life (so far). It’s easy to put together and doesn’t fall apart during workouts like others I’ve used in the past. It comes with a small mat for your knees if working out on hard surfaces. Definitely worth the price.
