These makeup brushes are wonderful. So far they have held up really well. The bristles are closely packed and soft. They make the different applications easy. The only reason I subtracted a star is that the set is missing a fluffy powder brush for setting powder. I prefer one for this reason. There is a large variety in size a purpose other than that. The storage case is really nice for travel.

These are great beginner brushes for individuals new to makeup. They are clearly marked for what it should be used for which makes applying makeup easier. The container that it came in is great; however, I don't use it. You can repurpose it and use it for something else. As far as the brushes, there's a good variety and the size is appropriate. They aren't overly large or too small. They are just right. I find that they are easy to clean and I haven't had any problems with their quality. They seem as if they may last for a while. The brushes have some firmness to them and I would recommend.

I would give these a higher rating if they didn't shrink the brushes!!! I threw away my old ones unfortunately otherwise I would do comparison photos. I have used these brushes for a veryyyy long time and I could see as soon as I opened the packaging that these new brushes were not only smaller/shorter in length than the old set I bought by the same brand, but it looks like at lease some of the large face brushes are less dense i.e. the most tapered face brush included here. You are getting a set of nice face brushes. And I do still like how dense these are. I'm hoping they perform well still but I will say it's really a bummer that they were noticeably smaller than the old ones right off the bat. The OG product was perfect!!!
