This set came in a box with a pouch to store them in. Upon opening the box, there was a strong smell of what I would describe as nail polish remover. I had to individually unwrap each brush to air it out, and it took a few days for the smell to completely go away. The brushes are made of synthetic material, so these are perfect for cream and liquid products. It came with a couple of velour puffs, and a nifty little silicone pad to wash your brushes with. The handles are long and easy to hold, and the variety of brushes is superb. I am actually very happy with his purchase even though in the beginning, I felt like the smell was offputting. It seems to be the case with a lot of brush sets these days, so I do recommend this set, but just advise to let the brushes air out for a few days before using them.

Got these for my 16 year-old daughter and she absolutely loves them. Great assortment of brushes, and there are more than enough to use for each of the specific applications they are made for. The brushes themselves are full and do a good job of holding the makeup, and they are really soft. All in all a good value set to cover all of your makeup needs!!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a set with such a nice selection of sizes and types and they’re all velvety soft. They’re really pretty and are done in creamy off white with metallic soft pink accents. Even if I never used them, I’d enjoy taking them out occasionally just to admire them. The drawstring case, brush scrubber, spoon, and the adorable blinged powder puffs are all nice additions. If you’d like a great selection of brushes without dropping a fortune on them, this would be a good set to try out.

I had to get my wife to review this set, as I only use paint brushes, myself. Here's her review: I love this makeup brush set! It has everything I need to do my makeup every day. The brushes are soft and fluffy, and they blend the products very well. The pink color is so pretty and girly, and the rose gold accents make them look expensive. The handles are long and easy to hold, and they don't shed or break. The sponge puffs are amazing too. They are soft and bouncy, and they apply the foundation and powder evenly. They are shaped like diamonds, which is very cute and unique. The brush protector is very useful as well. It keeps the brushes clean and prevents them from getting stained. It also helps me wash them without damaging them. The face mask brush is a nice bonus. It helps me apply my masks smoothly and hygienically. It also feels good on my skin. Has everything you’ll need. The brush bristles are a great material, doesn’t feel cheap. Comes with a puff pad, brush cleaner pad and a silicone brush/wand for face masks or foundation as well depending on the application method. Such a cute brush set
