The media could not be loaded. EDIT, Nov 29, 2023: I had to return the tree, as the top half simply would not light up no matter what I tried. No one in the family could find a customer service number to call. The only option was an automated system that offered me to replace or return the tree. We chose to return it. I ordered a new one directly from Brylane. And it was cheaper. Hope the tree works as we still love it. And if not, I hope the customer service is better. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Things are between 3- 5 stars. Read on... I bought the 6' plaid for Christmas 2023. For certain reasons, we aren't around to enjoy certain holiday traditions or decorations until the last minute. Decorating is just not an option. However, the whole family is there for Christmas eve and day and even a pretend tree is better than no tree. So when Mom and I found this we decided to try it. We unboxed it and put it up the same day we got it just to see if we'd like it or return it. We're keeping it. 5 stars- It arrived early, and in great condition. It will need to be stored in the box or arrived in. 5 stars- We wanted a tree that was pre-lit, easy to put up, take down, and store (since we really only need it for 1-1/2 days). This absolutely delivered. 4 stars- It's advertised as pre-decorated. It is, but quite sparsely. The plus is, it's easy to add your own decorations and the ribbons are wire edged making them easy to fluff. 4 stars- at least 1 bulb is burned out/ not working so we need to replace 1 or more right out of the box. However, it was easy to find and even easier to access. 4-1/2 stars- Easier to put up with help (our 6' one, anyway), but could probably be done solo. It's NOT heavy - quite the opposite, and didn't seem fragile at all. 5 stars- it came with instructions. You wouldn't think you'd need them but we did refer to them and they were helpful. 4-1/2 stars- It does NOT look like a traditional tree (we didn't expect it to, from the ad photos). The ribbons give it some 3-D and shape other than the cone that it is. I hope adding our own decorations will help too. 3 stars- it could be sturdier with a larger stand. It's quite light and you could spin it or knock it over fairly easily. People with children or curious pets will want to take precautions. Family vote so far, 4 think it's cute/acceptable, 1 doesn't like it. So, it'll do. I'm happy with the purchase. ... show more

these are the downsides i have encountered. First it wasn’t the easiest to get out of the box. As soon as you take it out, the mess starts as some bristles and leaves came off already . Second, im not that tall, so i have to get up on the stool to set this up and it is not light at all. I struggled to attach the tree from the top of the pole. Third, it has nothing to attach or hang additional decors so i guess i have to replace wires for my old ornaments. That part took a while. I dont know how long this tree will last. I have to buy the bag for storage or this will be a hard one to store. Overall it is ok, it will do for now. Update: So i decided to put it on a wood crate to make it look taller and wider a little bit. And it looked so much better!! I added a picture in my review :) ... show more

I love everything accept it is a bit low to the floor so if you want to put anything under it like a tree skirt and special ornaments , buy a larger tree skirt like 48 in. that extends far around and so whatever you would naturally put under will be in front or sides (Example : Porcelain Santa & reindeer! ... show more

Omg this tree. The pics do not do it justice. So easy to set up. I did it by myself and I am maybe 5’2 and the tree is 6 feet. So beautiful right out of the box. Get it. You will not be sorry!

As you get older it’s a little bit harder to decorate a tree. I have one that I do for my family when they all come but up in my area where I stay most of the time I like to have a tree. This was absolutely perfect. I added a few extra things, and I am very pleased.

Very happy I purchased this! However I do wish I picked a different color. The gold is too yellow imo. A couple ribbons are frayed and need to be touched up. But this only took me 2 minutes to set up! So so happy with this pop up tree! We plan on adding some of our own ornaments as well, I just haven’t gotten the chance to get them out of storage yet. But I think it looks very nice right out of the box! ... show more

This is a cute tree. The quality could be a little better for the price. The bow on top was worthless....ribbon was scratched. I removed it and made my own bow topper, added a few lollipop and snowman picks. Cute little tree for my dining room.
