Edit: this seller contacted me directly and was able to correct the issue. They were kind and understanding. Great customer support! Changing rating from 2 stars to 5. First off, I wanted to like this car a lot. It's extremely fast and you can't beat the price. Unfortunately the price point comes with some cheaper parts. Be sure to keep the parts list that's provided in the box. The first car that I purchased was discounted heavily. Not sure If that was a mistake by Amazon or they were trying to turn inventory. It was under $100 so I felt great about purchasing this car. Pretty quickly the front lower rocker arm connection snapped. I was not bashing the car when it snapped. Just under normal operation driving in the grass. Split at the plastic press seam which by design isn't the most ideal spot. This was the first time using the car and only 3 days after delivery. Suprisingly the car was replaced without the need of returning the original. Great news and i was hoping this was just an isolated incident with the rocker arm. The second card seemed to work much better under standard use. It lasted about a month until I was driving in dirt/sandy conditions. Because of the traction and slip the rear tires stopped working. Assuming the rear differential gearing will be stripped out. It still had roughly a week left on the manufacturers warranty (also purchased the asurion 2 year) because it was still under the manufacturer warranty. Asurion wouldn't process a claim unless I waited, but because it was replaced once already amazon customer service and I went back and forth a few days. I was told first I would be getting a refund, next day was told refund, but needed to return the first car, third day was refund, but return both cars. Instead of getting my original $100 back I decided to keep both and rebuild buying upgraded spare parts. If you struggle with tinkering or fixing small parts I do not suggest buying this car. I do not plan on purchasing other cars by this manufacturer. Overpowered motors with below quality plastics and drive.

Awesome rc,very impressed with the amount of quality parts used in this build, All metal steering from steering knuckles, tie rods all the way to servo all metal,motor has more than vehicle can actually take almost like real horsepower,you got enough power on 2s that you have to run throttle like your in a high horsepower vehicle, not floored all the time ,or just turn down speed a little on controller shocks are OK ,I put 50wshock oil in ,about half full,has superior handling in all terrain tested,grass gravel, dirt sand street hills holes etc. Not one issue, and it is the exact same model as the hoisim x07,upgraded version. so parts and fixes are easy Amazon has most major or most common part's to need repairs,bought this for my 12 or old son,he absolutely loves it and run times have exceeded 55min,he has power set on about 75percent,so he has better control,overall best pick in this$$$range, and I've recently purchased others,cl9se to same price maybe 15 dollors cheaper,will cost me about150-200 to get same quality vehicle, sad I didn't find this earlier

Out of the box this flies, charged the battery and was vet impressed with the power of this, it has options for the speed control on the remote so if you won’t to train you can set it to a slower speed you can also adjust the steering from the remote, it also comes with a extra body it’s a good size and the battery life is good, it is durable I flipped it a few times and didn’t affect the use ,the remote is easy to use and is very responsive with the car I would recommend this product The only thing is there's no web site listed in the directions or on the box to order extra parts there are parts in the manual and part numbers but no website

I like this car a lot from speed and handling it was good but unfortunately the first time I use it the control arm snapped on the connection to the main frame and the axle popped out and locked up but other then the build quality,it was alright. I would recommend only buying this if you have the money to keep repairing it when you use it

When fully charged this thing will pop a wheelie and it goes crazy fast. Lots of fun but you will need plenty of room since it's so fast. Love it. Seems we'll built but I have no experience with others, this is my first.

Edit: CS reached out and offered to fix the problem. So I would recommend this car for its durability and motor, but I wouldnt recommend using a 3S unless its not a strong one or has a low discharge. Im sure this car might be 3S compatible, but all 3S arent created equal. Maybe they need to specify what discharge rate or recommended brand but I would take precaution. Car runs great on 2S and had I known this wouldve happened I wouldve been more than happy leaving the 2S in and or wait to upgrade. Be weary of buying these lower price cars that come with the ESC connected to the reciever as if one goes the both go. I say this because had I only had to replace the ESC I wouldve. But I would have to replace the ESC and radio. Also look for the advertising that says "Separate ESC" to throw you off from thinking that theyre combined. All in all, i feel like the description should be changed to say "use 3s at your own risk" or they should give more details as the specs of the recommended 3S. All in all im very dissapointed.

This is a pretty decent car. I bought it a while ago but only recently took it out for a spin. During my second run, its started driving funny, prompting me to check it out. My front dogbone seemed to have disconnected which was weird. While disassembling the car, I noticed that the control arm was broken, so putting this back together was no use. This car is fun to drive, but you have to be too careful with it to enjoy it. Availability of replacement and/or upgraded parts (or knowing what other car this is compatible with) would make this a much better option. Unfortunately, this car will be sitting for the foreseeable future.
