Easily sprayed undiluted latex on a shed, and oil enriched enamel on some chairs with no issue. NB! It worked very poorly with some generic 6.5Ah Chinese DeWalt battery copies which I bought specifically to use with this. I was ready to throw it away until I tried the one brand-name DeWalt 20V/4Ah battery I own. Suddenly it was like a different sprayer. It moved paint, and it lasted a long time. I now own two original DeWalt batteries.

I used this spray gun for a recent project and was pleasant. The paint came out nice and fine, with good coverage. Speed is decent—as expected, it’s not as fast as a full-sized spray gun we buy around few hundreds, so you do need to take your time. But if you’re patient and with a little experience, the result will come out really good. And it's easy to clean. Don't forget to clean spray gun every time you finish your job!

Good cordless air paint sprayer. Works with dewalt 20v batteries and they hooked right up and this gun was ready to go right out of the box! Literally only took me less than a minute to have this thing together, battery attached, and I was shooting air at my french bulldog in under 60 seconds flat. I purchased this to paint my soffits and from my tests it should muy bueno. I’m very happy with the lightweight and cordless aspects of this sprayer bc it gives me the ability to spray over my head while on a ladder. It allows me to get in places the regular sprayer just get to. Machine feels well made, nothing seems cheap or flimsy, Of course only time will tell the longevity of this gun, BUT some of that falls in the user.. make sure you take a little bit extra time to clean this guy and I think it will definitely work many times, but at this price if it works one time you’ll be ahead. Can’t beat the price for these ccvIt’s very strong and quiet if that’s of any concern for you. Happy buyer

How good is that a cordless handsprayer that takes standard dewalt batteries! the included tips cover the whole wide range. This is for light task, since the spray head and tips are made of non metal parts, the heavy use will wear it out over time. i would suggest this to be small projects and occational home hobbiest.

I bought this to spray a water based acrylic varnish. The smallest pinhole they supplied allowed way to much of this thin liquid and I could not control it. It would probably work fine for paints. I added a star because they refunded my money and let me keep the sprayer
