I bought this ball as a present for a woman on my bowling team who had been using a different alley ball each session and really wanted her own. This seemed perfect and I'm very familiar with the quality of the brand. The seller on Amazon uses FedEx for delivery and there was a problem. FedEx said they product was delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. The company filed a claim, which FedEx denied with no proof or explanation. Fortunately Amazon said they were willing to step in and issue me a refund, but the company was highly proactive and offered to send me a replacement at no additional charge. There was no problem with the delivery of the second ball, we got it drilled and my teammate has been using it for a few weeks now with excellent results. I got this ball for my 6 & 9 year old for their Saturday morning bowling league and it is perfect for them. I got the 6lb version because they are pretty small people and I wanted them to focus on form rather than just randomly hurling a heavy ball down the lanes.
