I love this mug! I had previously bought it before and liked the handle and stability! I was using another mug without a handle and caught myself a few times slipping out. The handle is sturdy and its leak proof! You can position the lid if you're left or right handed. Well worth the purchase. I recommend buying one!

OMGosh this company rocks! I have purchased a few travel cups & this one is really fantastic! Why? Because they put a lot of thought in to the lid: It screws on, the hole cover locks down & when open it has a magnet to keep it in place. Plus the lid is easy to clean - all the way - without taking it apart. I have tipped it over twice when it was all locked down and not a single drop came out. The cup has also sat half the day and still had piping hot coffee in it when I returned. Another couple of features I like are the built in handle and the gasket at the bottom so it doesn't slide around. This cup is a little more expensive than others, but to make them work I had to buy a handle and a lid I preferred which ended up at about the same price. I have to say: This is the BEST travel cup EVER! You Rock BruMate!

I am a man. I like simple things. This cup's color is a simple dark green color that I like. It isn't some obnoxious color or some flashy status symbol. Construction: This is a double walled stainless cup. The paint on the outside has held up to near daily use for months without pain chipping or denting. The paint is what I would describe as a matte finish. It is not really shiny and has a slight texture that makes it easy to grip. The handle on this thing is welded on and I have no fear of it popping off. The bottom of the cup has a soft rubber pad that acts as a non-slip and prevents any audible "dining" noises when you set the cup on a glass table. This thing is also tapered smoothly so it isn't top heavy like my other tumblers but still fits into the cup holders in our vehicles. Lid fits securely and snugly without leaking. I can lay this down on its side without leakage. It keeps ice as long as you can expect from a metal tumbler without being heavy. I always end up with ice in the bottom of an empty cup.

This mug does everything I want it t do, and it does it well. The simple opening mechanism with the magnetic portion to hold the 'stopper' away is a MUCH better solution than complicated lids with springs and tons of moving parts. I came to write the review because I'm ordering another mug from the same manufacturer. I have two concerns, which are keeping this overall review as four stars instead of five. Firstly, it's not always easy to get the lid to start screwing onto the mug. This is a problem because you need to put the mouthpiece in a place that's convenient while you're holding the mug. Secondly, I'm a little worried about some of the materials' quality. Specifically, the ingenious locking method for the lid seems to be made of some plastic that might wear over time. Again, this is great and sensible, and easy to clean.

It doesn’t leak, keeps my coffee hot, fits my cup holders in my car and equipment, and for that it was worth the money.

I use the 32oz Brumate with a tea bag for a hot drink during the day. The tea remains hot well beyond 3 hours. At first, twisting the lid on and off can be a challenge but becomes much easier over time. The locking flap keeps the contents airtight. I handwash the Brumate since I have found that running through the dishwasher may possibly damage both the interior and exterior. Based on my experience, I purchased a 20oz for coffee use. Highly recommend.
