My only complaint about this mug is the difficulty in getting the lid screwed on to properly place it for drinking. I've read the directions, and seen the video, but still can't get the lid right where I want it, no matter how many times I try. For that reason, I have deducted a star form my rating, but otherwise this is truly a superior product.

My husband and I got a mug each for Christmas and loved it so much, I bought him one for Valentine’s Day. (I got me one too!- because I deserve one as well) they DO NOT SPILL!! If you have your lid on correctly and closed- it will not spill. Not even a slight leak! This is the best. I can throw this cup coffee full in my purse and out the door. My grandson can be a typical 3 year old and knock my cup over and no spills. It is really worth the money. Throw all your other mugs away, they will not compare to these. The lid will twist on differently depending on where you start so it will accommodate holding in left or right hand. They offer a variety of colors and sizes. The wood grain one is really nice. I bought that for my husband.

Like that it keeps my coffee hot all day while I’m fishing. Helps to pre-heat the cup with hot water before use. Lid is difficult for me to drink from. Replaced it with a Yeti lid, which doesn’t screw in but works great.

This cup is pretty and Keeps my water cold even sitting in my golf cart in the hot flordia sun….the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the lid is extremely hard to open and no matter how hard I try I can’t get the spout to land in the right spot to drink from….so I use a straw !And the paint is coming off from being placed in cup holder

Overall happy with product. I’ve dropped it a few times(not on purpose) and not a drop spilled. I don’t use it for anything hot, only cold drinks and does a solid job. I will mention my Yeti keeps drinks colder longer but it’s not leak proof and it’s not much of a difference. Overall happy with product and will buy different colors in the near future.

Before purchasing the Toddy, I read the reviews. I was a bit concerned about the lid issues, but decided to give it a shot anyway. I am not disappointed. The first few days of using the cup the lid was stubborn, but I found that the groove down the center was great to use as a pressure point to twist the lid with. Over the past few days, the lid has gotten much easier to take off/put on. I've never had a cup keep my water this cold! My cup gets used 24/7 and it's always super cold! I have a cupboard full of cups and this is now my favorite. It's worth the money.
