I mainly got this insulated mug because it had a handle on it. I used to have a Yeti Tumbler but it had no handle and wasn't leak proof. As soon as I got this I tested it right away to see if it was true that it was leak proof. So I put water in it and turned it upside down and bam! no leaks!. First impression was good so I used it and tested it further by seeing how long it can retain heat for tea or coffee. I put hot tea in the mug around 7:30 in the morning and not at 2pm its still hot so yes this thing does it what is advertised and I am impressed. Update 7/24 - After using this mug for about a couple weeks it is by far one of the best. It has a fully leak proof design with interlocking threads on the lid to ensure there is no spilling. I have tested this claim numerous times and so far it has not leaked once on me. I am very happy with this purchase. The build quality is very good and I don't see any manufacture defects, scratches, dings etc. Its very easy to hold with the handle and it doesn't feel like plastic it feels like metal which I like. When you have anything hot in the cup the outside of the mug stays cool so that is a plus. To open and close the lid is very quick and easy to do and lock it in place. It has a magnet built into the lid so when you flip up the cap to drink it doesn't come down and hit you in the lip it says connected to the magnet. A+ rating for me!

This is my second Toddy XL, and I’ll continue to buy more. It is 100% leak proof. I lock the lid and throw it in my work tote with no issues. I will say if you are going to use it with the lid (which I think is most people’s intention) it will only hold 30 oz. Without the lid, it holds the full 32. Not a big deal to me at all, but I know some people track their liquid intake closely. If you’re having trouble opening the lid, unlock and flip the lip up first. This is hands down my favorite cup! I have Stanley Quenchers and Ice Flows and a Simple Modern Trek…this beats them all!!

Great quality. Keeps drink at proper temp for a long time. There were no instructions on how to open the top to take a sip. Thought it would’ve easy to figure out. Ultimately had to go to a you tube video to see how to work it. Glad we did or else would have broken the top. Now that we know, it’s a great cup.

I just received the cup and started using it today. I am a home health nurse and today it was HOT! I would imagine inside my car, when it's not running, it's 120 degrees or hotter. Each time I got back in my car to take a drink, my drink was still very cold and I had ice in it from when I filled it up at 8am until now, 5:43pm. And the liquid is still very cold! I love the size of the handle, the size of the cup (it's not too big or too small for me), that it fits perfectly in my cup holders and that the lid screws on. The only issue I have is if the sun hits the handle for too long, it gets hot to the touch and can burn you. I suggest leaving the handle to size/shape it is, but maybe adding a protective layer/cushion to it.

I love this cup. I use it every day, and decorated it with stickers also purchased on Amazon. The slight rainbow sheen in the sunlight is so pretty. I love that it fits in a cup holder and the handle is big enough to hold comfortably. The lid with the magnet is great, but my only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to take the lid off and I end up popping the flip cover off while trying to twist the lid.

This is without a doubt the coolest travel mug I've ever had. Unlike most travel mugs, this one has a unique locking system and magnet to ensure proper leak proofing. Fantastic build quality. A bit expensive, but worth it 100%. You won't find a better mug, this is it, folks.
