The product was great. Larger than I imagined which was a pleasant surprised. The only issue was with shipping, first order never came and was told it was “missing/lost”however Amazon sent another one once “I” informed them it had not arrived. Missed my grandsons birthday party. However when the 2nd RV ordered did arrive the box was mangled and 1/2 tore open. Not sure how it survived but it did. Opened the box to a little damage not a worry but my passenger door top hinge mount was broken off. Little upset hopefully can find a Second hand one online instead of hassle of returning and getting a new one door still closes but when opened it will fall off

This toy was our grandson's favorite, AND his Mom and Dad's favorite. It's just like their real Sprinter Camper van! Rubber tires, doors that open, secret compartments. Super COOL!

The camper was great as well as the accessories except the person who came with it was broken in half. This was a gift from Santa and my son was so upset but there is no way for me to just get a replacement person for this toy hence the reason I’m only giving it 2 stars.
