I had no idea how wonderful it would feel after the heated eye mask treatment - but I'm really grateful my eye doctor recommended this! The case is handy after the contents have been used. The individually-packed towlettes and small squirt bottles are good for traveling with.

I cannot believe how "normal" my crusty, itchy, dry eye feel at just ONE use. This should be automatically provided to humans as they age. I started getting dry eye about 4 years ago. Had to stop wearing my contacts about 3 years ago. But I was so tired of my eyes hurting from dry eye and crusty stuff. Saw a flyer in the ophthalmologist's office and figured it was worth a try. They should have just told me to get this. It's amazing. And I feel like my vision is clear without pain for the first time in years.

These products seem well-made and a good routine for eye health/cleanliness. I use for chronic dry eye and it helps, but doesn’t conquer my dry eye. I also use omega supplements. I think if I had started using a kit like this when my dry eye first began instead of waiting until it was so bad, I may have been able to prevent it from progressing. I think the products seem expensive for what they are. I make my own liners for the mask out of handi-wipes (the blue and white chevron disposable/reusable kitchen cloths) from the dollar store. It’s very similar material for a fraction of the price.

I use this mask 1-2 times a day to help with my dry eye due to Sjogren's. The eyelid wipes are convenient and easy to use, however the pad is a bit too abrasive.

Doctor prescribed using eye lid spray & eye mask. This package also included wipes but because this was bought for 90 year old lady, she doesn’t wear makeup so wipes weren’t needed. It was a great starter kit to find out what was needed for her.
