When I first took it out of the vacuum bag, it looked great. I had guests coming and needed to wash it and use it. That's where it went downhill. I ran it on gentle cycle, cold water wash then put it in the dryer, low heat fluff. Same as I do with all my comforters. I took it out and the filling was bunched in spots, the quilting was done so that the fabric also bunches near it. One of the pillow cases has holes as well. I would not recommend this item to anyone. I love the fabric design but that is all. The fitted sheet has some strange seam at one of the edges and it's just overall a disappointing purchase. ... show more

I was a little concerned when the package arrived because it was so small. However, they had vacuum packed it tighter than Joan River's facelift. The comforter is more lightweight than I had wanted but it looks exactly as I had hoped. The sheets are very soft but sewn differently than any sheets I've ever seen. Instead of the fitted sheet being one solid piece with fitted corners, it has this odd seam on one end (see photo). I'm not sure how that fit would be on a mattress. I wasn't too concerned with the sheets though because this is going on my RV bed, which has it's own RV Queen short sheets. I didn't spend a great deal of money on this comforter set. So with that said, be aware that the sheet set that is included with it is not very good quality. The sheets are soft enough; they just weren't sewn very well. The finished edges weren't sewn correctly and fray out somewhat after just one wash.
