    • Assembly was a bit rough!!
So I got the package a little bit damaged and one corner was bent up a bit. All the nuts were missing but seller resolved that. Started to assemble according to instructions and nothing seemed to line up frustrated and ready to return we walked away for a day. Came back to it and partially disassembled it to line up side panel holes first. Had to use a hammer to bang things around a bit but it all came together. One of the rivets did pop out but I will just glue that back in. Putting it out right now so can’t say how it holds up quite yet. Think it will be good though!! ... show more

    • Great customer service
The product arrived slightly damaged with some rivets broke on the bottom. Still very useable and repairable. Contacted Spreetail customer service about the issues and was issued a partial refund. I appreciate the opportunity to do business with them and will continue to do so.

    • Brower feeder
We had bought a Brower feeder before and bought this one based on the past purchase as that feeder was sturdy and well built. The one we just purchased is not as sturdy. None of the pre-drilled holes matched up and the feeder is not square so that the top door does not close properly.

    • Decent sturdy feeder for price but not easy to assemble.
Missing 2 of the 3 rods: Part no. 13892, 5/16"×24 1/4" Lid rod, zinc Shipping box was damaged slightly but did not notice missing rods until put the feeder together this morning. Definitely took longer 1 hour to assemble the 1st time. After doing one assembled feeder and if metal bent and holes line up properly, assembly should take about an hour. Also had rivet missing but will fill hole with silicone as oppose to un-assembling entire project and returning over missing rivet and degree of difficulty due to holes not lining up and some of the metal creases being off. ... show more

1. Manufacturer drilled holes for panels do not align. 2. Panels dented during shipment by FedEx. 3. Box destroyed during shipment by FedEx 4. Top does not close to keep water out.

I have 4 hogs. Within 12 hours they ripped off two feed doors and the top door used to load the feed. Contacted the manufacturer and they didn't seem concerned about my experience. The product did not hold up to the description.

    • Product Damaged
I ordered this on Aug 24 and it was supposed to get here September 1 but was backed up to September 8. It arrived damaged - the packaging was damaged, but several of the (heavy-metal) pieces that were bent were inside of other items that were not damaged. As of Sept 9, it will be 1-2 weeks before we get replacement parts for what arrived damaged. I've bought several things from Browers before and bought this because of the high quality I've come to expect from them. Pieces were bent and rivets holding the metal together weren't tight.
