The media could not be loaded. It was great until it wasn't! Huge bubble where my legs go! Can't return. Missed that by 10 days! Very disappointed. Only bed I have!

Bottom line - it didn't hold air for me, even when not in use it deflated. Details - I bought this to use at my mom's place after she had surgery. When I set it up I was pleased with the height and comfort. However, after about an hour the bed had deflated by 30% and I wasn't even using it, it was just sitting there. I reinflated it and it did the same thing. I tried this throughout the day but no change. Since my mom was in rehab longer than expected (meaning I didn't need the bed right away) I am outside of my amazon return window. When I called the phone number in the manual, it's no longer in service. I called Brookstone since it has their name on it...what a joke! They told me it wasn't their problem since they didn't manufacture it. So, they're willing to market it using their name but they won't stand behind the product. I'm extremely frustrated as I'm now out $200+ for a large piece of plastic that doesn't hold air. I've sent emails to customer service and am waiting on a response. We'll see if they're able to make this right. ... show more

I bought this bed to set up with my daughter who is disabled in her room. Her room is not that big but this fits perfectly the bed sheet is soft and fits around the bottom of the mattress so it doesn’t slide off. It was an easy and fast blow up.
