The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 nails that sweet spot between stability and comfort. I overpronate, and the GuideRails support keeps my stride aligned without feeling intrusive or stiff. Cushioning is soft enough for long miles but still responsive when I pick up the pace. Fit is secure through the midfoot with a roomy-enough toe box, and the engineered mesh upper breathes well — a big deal on hot training days (or long shifts on my feet). Traction grips fine on pavement, treadmills, and light-packed paths. What I really appreciate is how balanced the shoe feels: supportive where it counts, cushioned where it matters, and durable enough to be my go-to for running, walking, and everyday wear. If you’ve liked past Adrenaline models, this update keeps the reliable ride you expect and refines the comfort. this sneaker is probably one of the most comfortable sneakers. I’ve ever tried in my whole entire life. This is even more comfortable than the HOKA sneakers. I HAVE TRIED MANY ATHLETIC AND RUNNING SHOES IN MY LIFETIME., I’ve tried a six I’ve tried Nike. I’ve tried Adidas, etc, and I cannot believe how comfortable these sneakers are whether you’re working whether you’re just walking or just a casual outing it is so comfortable all around. I highly recommend this brand and it is definitely worth the price of paying for good sneakers not only is it comfortable, but it’s very attractive appealing, and it draws a lot of attention. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of Brooks shoes. I hesitated keeping them because initially I didn’t think they had enough cushion. Turns out they provided good support and stability and broke in well. I would get another pair.

I honestly thought my running days were behind me—every run came with knee pain and sore feet. But these shoes completely changed that. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 offers the perfect blend of cushion and stability, and the difference was immediate. My knee pain disappeared, and my feet felt supported and comfortable throughout my runs. I have extremely flat feet, and I’ve tried a ton of running shoes over the years. These are by far the best I’ve found—they don’t just accommodate my foot shape; they actively help correct and support it. Also, shoutout to the Winter Sky/Ebony/Orange colorway. It’s not easy to find support shoes that look this good, but these really nail it—clean, modern, and sharp without being over the top. If you have flat feet or struggle with pain while running, don’t hesitate—these are a game-changer.

This is a truly great shoe. I use it for gym workouts and cardio. It is super comfortable. Having owned just about every make, I have become a sport shoe critic. I can't speak to the longevity of this shoe, but what I have experienced, I like. This is my 5th pair of Brooks shoes. The fit: Despite what Brooks tells you, the shoe runs small. I typically wear a 10D, but in Brooks I wear a 10.5W.

I am 76 yrs old and needed a walking shoe that would help me with my foot issues. I have flat feet and need arch support. I have a bad issue with over pronation and have soreness on the outside of my left foot. These shoes were absolutely the solution to my foot problems. For the first time in over a year, I can now walk comfortably with no pain or discomfort. The shoes are suprisingly lite weight and came in an x-wide width which was what I needed. The shoes are a little pricey, but really well worth it.
