Super sturdy and easy system to use. I just fastened it to the top of my ascend 10t kayak with 4 big screws no bolts and would have felt safe with just 2. You can find other units for less but watch out most have a smaller pully in the front.

I installed it on my aluminum job boat right up front and I think it’s great it’s very sturdy and made it much easier to pull up the anchor. The direction of the top can also be switched to different angles so you just install a base and that top part slides and locks in at different angles it’s pretty neat ... show more

I had to return this item due to poor function. The "removable" portion locked into the base and no amount of effort would release it without tools. Otherwise its well made. Maybe I just had a reject?

    • It has a bigger pulley than it’s competitor which translates to a better looking product.
