Updated to share that the company reached out to me to extend a refund for my order. That shows a commitment to maintain a good reputation and I thank them. After this fell for the fifth time I determined it needed to be returned. So I drove 20 minutes to the UPS store, waited in line, and expanded the size of the QRcode. When I reached the front of the line, she point out that under the code in font I would never have noticed without enlarging, it says ‘customer packing’. Of course the box was long gone and I would have had to pay 85% of what I paid for the item to have UPS box it. The rod is sub-par. No idea what it’s missing as it’s pretty simple engineering, but it loses its tension about every 5 days - or when you touch it. No good. I will have to think of some clever use for a dysfunctional shower rod. My advice - buy local. Which is what I did after leaving UPS. ... show more
