These curtains are great in our basement. They are just the right size and look good on our glass block windows. They are rather sheer though, so I recommend extra tiers. I have 3-4 on each window and they look more full this way.

I just put it up over our kitchen sink with a tension rod. Lets in a good amount of light which is what I wanted since the kitchen tends to be on the darker side as well as adding some color.
