The bouncer was easy to put together and does the trick to sooth an infant. It is not a carrier and really is only good to entertain a baby. Our baby enjoys the toys attached and the bar is removable when you want to get the child out. It is not super sturdy, but for the price I wasn't expecting a carrier. This bouncy seat is really cute, love that it vibrates too, which my 3 month old grandson loves. The only reason for the 4 stars is the toy bar that holds the toys over the seat is not very stable and my grandson has pulled the whole bar out a few times when playing with his toys. Not my favorite bouncer the toy arch easily comes off and has hit my baby and the vibration part comes out so easily too
