This is a great looking rain shower/hand held combination, that also work well. It's very light, and feels a bit flimsy because most of it is plastic but that doesn't affect how well it works. The rain feature is nice but I recommend removing the gasket that controls pressure, otherwise you may not get enough pressure for your liking. The handheld wand is very easy to use, and the attachment to hold the wand to the wall is very easy to apply. You press it against the wall and flip the level down - done. If you need to use the adhesives, read the directions so you do it correctly. If you don't, the wand will constantly fall off the wall. There are a few drawbacks, however. The regulator, which switches water from rain to handheld, is on top of the shower head, which makes it difficult to access. That's a major design flaw. Also, the switch on the wand is a bit sticky. It's easy to set, up or down, but if you're trying to position it in the middle, you have to be delicate. Installation would be a breeze if the parts were properly labeled so you'd know what you were dealing with. The pictures are totally useless so you can't tell what the parts really look like and you waste time guessing what goes where. The media could not be loaded. So far I love this!! Very easy to install!! I did buy an arm extension as I can’t imagine using it without one. (20 bucks for the extension) I did remove the flow restrictions from the showerhead and handheld. I still thought the flow would be soft but was surprised it was very strong. The handheld has 3 different settings. The included diverted allows for you to use the showerhead alone, the handheld alone, or both together. The handheld would not stay on my shower wall by the first method but the third option worked well and is holding up so far. I have not encountered any dripping or leaking. I also applied the included tape on all connections (arm extension, showerhead, handheld, etc) So far I highly recommend, will update if anything changes. ... show more

I bought this shower head duo to have a longer hand held shower head for an upcoming surgery to make it easier to shower while sitting. I decided to get the rainfall shower head because the reviews were good and so was the price. The water pressure for me is great. My boyfriend says it could be stronger but the one we had previous felt like a pressure washer so I think the water pressure on this one is great. The hand held is so useful and it’s long enough to reach into the tub which is awesome and just what I needed. I also love the way it looks. It looks quite fancy in my opinion which pazazzed our showering experience 😂. The installation was very simple. No leaks, didn’t have to use the faucet tape. And I installed it in a leg cast so it’s most definitely easy to install! I would definitely recommend and will be getting more of this shower head for all the bathrooms. This square rainfall shower head adds a lot to my new shower. I removed the flow restriction from both the shower head and the hand held because I'm on a well which generally means I have lower water pressure than City water system. There handled unit works even better than expected. The shape is both modern and functional. I almost always use it in the high pressure setting. I am glad I got the diverter that offers 1-rain head, 2-hand held or 3-both combined. I use both when I want the ultimate spa type experience. The suction cup for the handheld has worked flawlessly once I applied it correctly. Originally I still had a little bit of grout dust on the tile which blocked full adhesion. I cleaned the tile well with a cloth and it's been strong and stable every since. No holes to drill in my new shower, no sticky tape that never seems to come off and total flexibility to set the handheld at a convenient height and reset it as desired. The traditional handhelds that hang off the shower head are a tall reach for some of the shorter family members. I've purchased about a dozen different hand held shower heads over the years and this is my favorite. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Performed excellently within the year (2021-2022). Flow was good and the handheld showerhead was and still is good. Adhesive is still holding up to keep handheld firmly on the wall. Very nice oiled bronze finish that still looks great today. The main showerhead suddenly failed. Heard a gurgling sound one day before water exploded out the sides and bottom. Scared my kids whom I was bathing at the time. They're still scared to get in the stall now. The handheld is still going strong, though. Really bummed because the main head was really great. The price was very good so I just may purchase the same again. ... show more
