I like the case. The couple issues I have are price to quality/features. It’s expensive and at the same time it is a very basic case. I like the suited functionality. The only thing I think is wrong is the thickness of the shell. Seems a bit too flexible and thin, just waiting for it to get punctured, or scratched through. It’s checked luggage, so it needs to be a little more abrasion resistant. I only kept the case due to the excellent warranty coverage, we’ll see how the first claim goes, because it will end up with a hole in it sometime soon.

This is a highly durable suitcase, that holds a lot. The wheels are excellent, so pushing it through the airport takes very little effort. The price is fair for what you get. The one flaw is that the zipper is shockingly flimsy and unreliable. After picking up my bag off the luggage carousel with the zipper seam popped open, three trips in a row, I bought a pair of sturdy luggage straps to keep the suitcase closed. Since then, it's worked just fine.

The Hunter green color is MUCH DARKER than it appears in the photos. I thought it was black when it arrived, until I looked at it in direct sunlight, then you can see the subtle matte green coloring. The design is nice though - I like the exterior laptop pocket, but I wish it had an additional grab handle on the side and was expandable.

This bag was intended to be my shiny new international carryon, but after using it twice O already regret the purchase. My amazon branded carryon has better functionality and more space than this Briggs and Riley model. And the zipper is SUPER annoying. They tried to make it heavy duty, but it just makes zipping and unzipping the bag a pain in the butt. I have to track my fingers in front of the zipper to help it go along. Missed the return window on amazon, so can’t return it. I will use it, but not as much as I wanted or intended. Save your money.
