The handle is too wide and the buttons require way too much force to depress to the point that you accidentally release them when using it. It sounds like itโ€™s going to burn out whenever you use it and the rpm is inconsistent like itโ€™s struggling. That and being limited to using it for 50 seconds because it overheats doesnโ€™t sound like good product design. ... show more

Purchased this February 27th, 2017 and received it quickly. I used the mixer for making body butter and when it worked it did an excellent job. The first feature that went out was the the high speed and that happened shortly after purchasing the mixer. Last night July 24th, 2017 was the last night I used it, it shut down completely. None of the buttons are working. I waited to see if it had just overheated and plugged it back in the following morning but still nothing needless to say this was not a durable product only had it for 4 months and it's completely broken. Also the buttons are hard to push which makes it harder to use. ... show more
