I'm a 36DD so I really wasn't expecting these to work as well as they did but they're actually great for giving 'the girls' a little added lift. I have one top that kind of makes me look like I have a uni-boob when I wear it, so I used these silicone covers to sort of lift and separate them and they worked perfectly. Yee.-ouch! The adhesive really sticks and the lift action works, I’ll say that. But it really hurts a LOT to remove. Also because the pads are kind of thick, the outline of the pads is completely visible under a T shirt making the product useless for my needs.
