It's more men's cologne to me than amber and vanilla, but I don't hate it. It's so hard to choose a fragrance sight unseen, as it were, but if you're really picky about smells, this one is a bit of a risk. I wish I had chosen the mango instead.     • Ocean Breeze? Nah...but it smells nicer than that.

I mean seriously. An ocean breeze smells like salt, dead fish and other rather nasty things. Trying to describe a smell has always a bit difficult for me, though, so to come up with a true description of how this Ocean Breeze diffuser smells is going to come up short. After it was installed, I came home from a day out of the house and I could smell the new scent in the house and it was a bit like a guy with a really nice cologne had been visiting. It is a bit dark on the nose, but not overbearing in any way. I like it quite a bit, but it certainly doesn't make me think of the sea at all. The jar is simple and small, but I really like the black diffusers, which help the diffuser to fit-in with our somewhat darker bathroom colors (where it was set up).
