This fit AMAZING on me! It really cinched my postpartum waist/tummy in to make me look so much better. I’d say mine has about a medium compression to it. I wore this with a pair of pants that haven’t really been fitting me well lately, and that actually fit! I was able to comfortably zip them. I wore it all day, and I only started to feel uncomfortable towards the end of the day so I wouldn’t suggest wearing it all day. Maybe 8hrs max. If you want to wear shapewear for 8 hours or more this is a great choice. Super comfortable. It adapts well to even my ample G Cup but I'm sure it would also stretch more tightly for smaller breasts. I wish it weren't as long or had a way around the crotch to better adjust to my 5'4" height as it is too long in that area. I was honestly surprised by how comfortable this bodysuit is for shapewear. A lot of tummy control pieces feel stiff or impossible to wear for more than an hour, but this one has a good balance between compression and comfort. It smooths everything out nicely under clothes without making it hard to breathe or sit down. The material feels soft and stretchy, and the straps stayed in place better than I expected. I also liked that it didn’t roll up around the stomach area throughout the day. The thong back helps avoid visible lines under leggings and dresses, which was a big plus for me. For sizing, I’d recommend checking the chart carefully. I went with my usual size and the compression was definitely snug at first, but after wearing it a bit, it molded comfortably to my shape.
