If you want to wear shapewear for 8 hours or more this is a great choice. Super comfortable. It adapts well to even my ample G Cup but I'm sure it would also stretch more tightly for smaller breasts. I wish it weren't as long or had a way around the crotch to better adjust to my 5'4" height as it is too long in that area.
