Read all the reviews on low cost greenhouses, decided on this one because of 3 reasons. 1 - painted aluminum. 2 - gutters. 3 - full hinged door. i Assembled this in 6 hrs, with another's assistance for the longer pisces. i did build a 4x6 base and put landscape cloth electrical wire staple to the bottom before assembly. i also spent 4 hrs sealing the panels with weatherproof tape before started assembly. so in all about 2 days.the instructions were a little hard to follow, I assembled it in a different manner so the front/back would not get blown over. "we have wind here, who doesn't " . minor inconvenience. when finished i think a 30 mph wind would tear this apart. im in NC, plenty of hurricanes. i need to have serious reinforcement to keep this alive. will be building shelves/bracing to support the structure in a strong wind. BUT Compared to a 2K$ structure. i think this will work with an extra $400 in extras. IF - i had no wind this thing would be PERFECT!. i really like the structural integrity, build design, and painted aluminum. I am an accomplished handyman and not scared of difficult projects.... if you have little/no mechanical experience.... i would not t recommend... or, have a skilled handyman build it. ... show more

On the positive side, all the parts were included. They were also numbered (even the metal screws, etc). The instruction book referred to parts with both a picture and the appropriate number. On the negative side, although there is an instruction manual, there are no written instructions . .. only diagrams, and it is not always easy to tell exactly what you are supposed to do. The picture on the Amazon website indicated that the greenhouse was 77 inches wide, but it was only 72 (I mention this because before constructing the greenhouse, I built a stone foundation for it. We had to rebuild that when it turned out to be 72 rather than 77. Now that it is built, I am satisfied at this point (we'll see later how it holds up). However, if you are thinking to do this yourself, please know that it is a difficult project requiring two people. It was easy to get frustrated in the process. I did install some 4x4 posts on one side, and drove a nail through the bottom metal frame to anchor it well for when high winds come along. ... show more

I am really impressed with this Greenhouse and have no regrets about my purchase. Our construction skills leave something to be desired, but I can't hold the company responsible for that. (BTW - Customer Service is Top Notch!) Once you figure things out, you discover that you were trying/thinking too hard. This unit is fairly simple to put together, but requires time and patience...and preferably, no wind. The window latches are the only parts that are less than perfect, but they do work...just don't strong arm them. We do plan to seal the panels, but for now, we used extension rods on the inside of the greenhouse to protect the panels when the wind blows. We will use strapping and augers to secure against heavy winds. I have been inside when a few random gusts came through and the structure, nor panels, barely moved. I wish we had more room...I'd buy another one! ... show more

The instructions are terrible. There are a lot parts for this green house. The instructions and pictures do not do a good job at all of showing how pieces go. We ended up taking it apart several times to get things to line up. I hope you have a full day for you and another person to put this up.

I purchased this green house for my wife to start a new hobby. I wanted to start less expensive to see how she does. We received this unit with pictures instructions only. Can be confusing. Several of the aluminum pieces were damage, but the company was great at replacing parts immediately. The green house is very light weight and I did fasten it to a wood foundation. This is a good starter for the beginner. If my wife is successful I’ll upgrade to a more permanent structure. ... show more

So far, I am very happy with the size and look of the greenhouse. I am surprised that it does not stay warmer maybe because the panels are so thin. I read others reviews about reinforcing the panels so they don’t fall off in higher winds. I wish they had included some thing to help re-enforce the panels. ... show more
