I bought this product and had a few issues with the installation. I went to the Amazon site and tried to contact the sun solar and I had no luck for two weeks getting through to the seller. I was getting quite frustrated and I decided to try and call one last time I live in California. I called at 9 AM Pacific time and I was able to finally get a hold of Alex. Alex and I had a very good conversation and he explained to me that there was difficulties in the information getting from Amazon to his company and explained it is much better to use. The email address provided to contact this company so the next morning I took pictures of my inverter and my batteries and emailed them off to Alex with my issues. Alex got back to me as he promised within 24 hours and had a solution for my problem. I’m very satisfied with this company. I will be buying more of these units. I am a contractor and I have lots of clients that want to install solar backup systems. This system is quite easy to install and getting help and guidance from this company is quite easy as long as you email them and don’t go through Amazon. It’s much easier once again. Solar kit works great. I had a couple minor issues. I didn't receive the hardware originally. I contacted the seller they sent it immediately. This was easy to install but isn't working like o thought it would for maintain a charge. I can only get a few hours a day off battery's. We have direct sun on panels. Just isn't working like I wanted to get power for more then 2 hours. Look at other options before you buy or ask about how this is working for what you need it to run. ... show more
