I have washed and dried it in warm water and on low heat, several times since I’ve owned it.. (3 months ) and it’s holding up very well. Impressive stitching. I plan to buy another one, just to have it as a back up while this one is in the wash.. Came in a pretty box~ would make a nice housewarming gift!

Bought this because I packed up my whole house to ship to the UK, including my down comforter. Ordered this to replace it and it is really a great comforter. It has a natural down smell out of the package. It is duck down made from nature. It is better than the smell of the alternative made from polyester fill a derivative of petroleum. Which would you prefer on your bed? I have had down comforters since I was 15 They all have a bit of a fragrance. It goes away fast. I always use a comforter cover on my comforters(change it once a week) keeps the comforter clean and you don't need a top sheet. Every weekend I hang my comforter outside to freshen it up. I take it about once every 6 months to the laundromat to wash it and dry it. After you have had one of these I promise you will never go back to the alternative. Actually there isn't an alternative to down

This is a pretty heavy duty comforter, but very comfortable. The material is a bit stiff and crinkly, which I expect from a down comforter, but get a decent duvet cover and Bob’s your uncle. VERY warm, totally worth it.

I really was excited to get this ! It’s not to heavy not to light perfect . I have a California king duvet the comforter is a little small for it . It did come with a tear in the seem . And a couple spots like like it has a little rust on it . This is very disappointing and it feels like a great comforter . I will be contacting the seller . Not worth the money with the damage

Very good comforter, heavy weight to it, keeps you cuddled all night long! Purchased queen size, it will not fit like a queen bedspread, short on sides. Worth buying if your wanting a solid feeling comforter. Feathers will come out, but not really a problem.
