I already own a super king-sized down comforter, which is a heavier weight, but I have always slept too warm underneath it, especially during the warmer months. I had to take it off of my bed for about six or seven months out of the year. When I saw this comforter, it described it to be more of a medium weight, so I ordered it hoping that it would not be as heavy or cause me to sleep as warm as the other. Oh my, it is amazing to sleep under and I am so happy I decided to get it. I got the super king-sized, because I like my bedding to completely cover my king mattress and hang longer down the sides. I took it out of the vacuum pack and it started plumping up right away. I let it lay out for a few hours and I fluffed it up by hand several times. I decided not to use a duvet cover with this because I wanted all of it to lay out over my bed and be able to breathe and not be squished up inside a cover. It is bright white and the lines look so clean and crisp. It covers my mattress very well on all sides. The down appears to be distributed evenly in the baffle boxes. The Eqyptian cotton blend is so silky and smooth. The comforter is medium weight, just as described, and so incredibly soft and fluffy. It feels like a cloud resting on top of you when you sleep. It does not feel heavy at all, and I do not sleep too hot under it, which was my goal. I live in a warmer climate now, and we have been having quite a heat wave, and I have slept under this comforter ever since I got it, and it has been perfect for me. I will be able to keep it on my bed all year. It is stitched and finished very nicely and looks beautiful and elegant. It seems to be very well made and exceptionally durable, and I'm sure it will last a very long time. You can add accents, coverlets, and other items to create a different look and style. The size is perfect, the weight is cloud like, the color is bright white, it is nicely finished and I feel it is a great value for the money. I had no idea sleeping under a down comforter could feel this good.

My initial impressions of this duvet were mixed, but ultimately it won me over. I included pictures of the box so you can see what I mean. The cover photo is clearly just a stock photo — not the actual duvet inside the box. Some of the text on the back of the box sounds like poorly translated English (e.g. saying the fabric will "blossom and soften" after washing). Worst of all, there's a place on the box that originally provided contact information for questions & support, but it was very thoroughly blacked out! So I was feeling pretty doubtful as I removed the product from its box! The duvet itself is vacuum sealed in a plastic bag, so it ships surprisingly small. Once I cut open the plastic, the duvet started to fluff out and return to normal size. There was no bad smell. However, I wanted to accelerate the fluffing process, so I put the whole duvet in my dryer using a tumble cycle (no heat) for 20 minutes. When it was finished, the duvet seemed just about perfect. Fluffy, soft, and wonderfully comfortable to the touch! There are loops at all 4 corners and at the midpoints of each side, so if you prefer to connect the duvet to the duvet cover, you can. I compared this duvet against the one it's replacing, and it just looks and feels SO much nicer. The stitching is tight and careful, the fabric is soft, the down is warm. It seems like a high quality product all around. It's so weird to see something this nice packaged and presented in a way that doesn't do justice to the quality within.

Let me start by saying the box is tiny as it's vacuum sealed. After cutting the tape, I had a feeling this was going to be a good experience. After opening the top flaps of the box, the first thing you find is a product sheet and a cardboard protector aligned directly under the flaps where overzealous openers might accidentally cut their new comforter. I appreciate attention to detail like that and usually accept it as a good indication the manufacturer cares about the end users satisfaction post purchase. We fluffed the comforter according to the instructions and found that it continued to soften and fluff for a few more days. The seams and sewing all seem high quality and the fabric is nice and soft. The filling is light and airy and the comforter was scent free upon arrival. The only question now is prolonged performance as it's perfect so far. As a side note, I have a tall mattress and a tall bed and I hate how regular king comforters look undersized on my bed. I grabbed the superking, which is 120" X 120". The width is great but it is really long on the regular king mattress. My wife actually likes it as she likes to fold down the comforter but it is BIG. If you just want the extra length on the sides without the 2+ feet on the header and footer, I would recommend the oversized king. It's 120" X 98". Run the 120" sideways and you'll fit perfectly.

This queen size comforter came in a very compact box (~12 x 16 x 4.5") inside a vacuum sealed bag; it takes time to puff up. The fabric shell is soft and gentle to touch. Workmanship is solid. No odd smell. No concerns on leaks of loose feathers. The comforter without any packaging weights 5 lbs. 10.9 oz. It says the queen size has 46oz fill weight. When examining each square box, the distribution of feathers/down appear somewhat uneven and some look less densely filled (thought will have more filling and definitely nowhere near as fluffy and puffy as the product photos). Per the label (see photo), the fill consists of "50% down fiber, 25% down, 15% feather fiber and 10% feathers. After using this for a few days, it’s comfortable, light to medium weight and keeps warmth well. As this is an all weather comforter, the real test will come when cold winter arrives. Overall this is a fine quality comforter with no major disappointments.
