As with other viewers, I found this cover to be higher quality than the Weber product I replaced. The old one had deteriorated, stiffened up, and wasn't providing much protection. This one is at least as good a fit for my grill. Also, my new BroilPro cover has straps with buckles to attach it, while the Weber brand cover has nothing to hold it onto the grill in the wind This appears to be a different material than the Weber -- it seems likely to be more durable. Will update after a year or so of exposure to confirm that.

Fit the weber I have perfectly and so far so good. It still looks fine after 6 months of being on the grill. I hope it holds up against dog urine because my dog has decided this is his favorite thing to pee on.

When it was first installed the fit was good and it is much heavier material then original Weber. Not that I have been using it it has taken shape, conforming to the grill and is extremely easy to remove and install. Personally I like this one much better then the original Weber cover. I don't get much wind so I can't give it a rating on that but it seems too heavy to lift off and fly and it could be clamped to the legs of the grill if that was an issue.

Initial inspection showed good quality. Placed on the grill and fit perfectly. That evening we had a sizeable amount of rain (perfect timing for both grill protection and water proof testing) and the cover did not allow any water to seap. So far this thing is as expected and hoped. Definitely would recommend; even more so for a great price.

After 3 months it's a decent cover. I did get some moisture inside after a significant rain fall but I did not have the bottom strapped up tight, maybe that's why? Overall I like the fit and for being out in the California sun it's holding up well against fading. Does have one Velcro strap on a corner but haven't used it.

This replaced an original genuine Weber cover on my One Touch Platinum that was way overdue for upgrade. I am totally impressed with the quality of this replacement! The fit is on par with the Weber, in fact better; it actually covers the lower tray completely. Photos of my old and now the new show the difference. The cover comes with a nice carrying case (not shown in my photo) and the decent tongs and so-so basting brush, shown in photo. Tie straps are on the cover, which would secure to base, but I think they will not be needed. Water resistant/proof aspect will have to wait for rain but, so far, a tremendous value, in my opinion, versus Weber brand.

6 years and 2 months it finally ripped. my grill sits out on the deck with no shelters. This cover has endured 100 + degree heat and 60 mile winds and it finally ripped along the bottom. I am ordering another one just like it. It was shipped promptly and as described. This cover fits like a glove. It does have anchor straps but not sure if really necessary. I don't think the wind can get under it. My Weber Performer deluxe was picked up the same day as the cover arrived. It has been raining ever since. The wind did not bother it and the water beaded up and rolled off. I willed be ordering again for my Kenmore gas grill. My expensive Kenmore cover is falling apart after just a couple of years.

I really hope someone is reading my review and not the 1 star reviews like I do that scare me away from so many products. People say it doesn’t fit and it only lasted a year and didn’t make it through winter. I have not had it long but when I got it I immediately was very happy with the quality of the material. I have a lot of experience with weber and weber covers and products. This is well worth the price I paid and if it does only last a year I will still be pleased with it because $25 for a year of protection for my $500 grill is well worth it.
