This diaper ointment is by far the best diaper rash cream I’ve used on my daughter. It goes on smoothly and clears up the rash quickly. I also appreciate that the scent is relatively mild and not gross. Whenever I put it on my daughter, she seems to feel instant relief. I’ve tried several diaper rash creams, and this one is hands down the clear winner. I’ll never buy another brand again. My daughter has had two pretty bad diaper rashes in her first six months, and both times this cream worked like magic, by the next morning, the rash was completely gone after just one application before bed. Obsessed with this butt paste. We use after every poop and bath and have not had a diaper rash (knock on wood!!) it gets really good coverage. Can use on their neck rolls too! It has a good scent and it is easy to get off your hands. We keep buying and buying!

this product is for sensitive issues, and some people are not comfortable talking about them, if you are not, stop reading now. we have a 6’ 2” 22 year old (going on 2) non verbal autistic child in diapers. gravity has effected my wife’s breasts, and my scrotum. can you guess what we all have in common? Boudreaux’s butt paste, it works on our son’s diaper rash, my wife’s underboob heat rash, and my hanging friction rashes that we all get from time to time. it’s very sticky so it stays in place (best to use rubber gloves when applying it as it takes some scrubbing to get it off your hands) and the concentrated ingredients heal the skin fast, it expensive as heck but the price is less painful than the rash… ... show more

I always try to stick with natural products with my daughter. Her diaper rash was getting really bad so I tried this to avoid the fragrances that are in A&D and Destin. I use a lighter diaper balm during the day when there’s more frequent changing but use this for more protection at night to ensure no rash with overnight diaper and it works great! Neither of my kids have ever had a diaper rash. It’s really thick and has a bit of a smell but nothing offensive.
