This is a very nice shoulder bag with plenty of space and pockets! The faux leather is very smooth and soft - definitely feels like quality construction with good sewing, no strings or puckers, strong magnetic closure and grommets to hold the straps on, etc. It has nice strap details with knotted ends to give a little character to the bag. It's large capacity without feel to big, holds a thick hardback book with plenty of room left to still hold a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses and other items. There is one zipper inner pocket and 3 smaller pockets to slip smaller items into, although none of the smaller 3 pockets fits a standard size iPhone into it, but it would fit in the zipper part or just loose in the bag. The bottom is structured which is nice for when you're setting it dow it won't easily tip over. The straps are not adjustable, but it its at a nice spot, the bottom of the bag hits right at the top of my hip and the top hits right around my chest, without being tight at all under my armpit. I struggle to find the right sized purse for what I carry on a day-to-day basis. I love crossbody bags, but they just don't hold enough and they're difficult to go through when you're looking for something in particular. This purse is the closest I've come to the perfect size. It's still a little big, but it's easy to find items even on the bottom. It is made of very soft vegan leather. It appears that it is truly leather as it doesn't look cheap or fake, and it feels like leather. The straps are a little thin, but they hang at the right length for my 5'1" frame. It hangs at the bottom of my ribcage, so I don't feel crowded when I walk with it. It opens fairly wide, so it's easy to put items in or pull items out. There is a bigger slip pocket inside the purse that I put my phone in; however, I wish it was a little deeper as my phone sticks slightly up over the top of the purse. There are two other slip pockets inside that I put my lip gloss and car key in. There's also a large, zippered pocket that I keep small items like gift cards, gum, money and loose change in, so they don't slip out of the purse. My only real complaint about this should bag is it has a magnetic closure versus it being zippered. With these types of closures, you can lose things easier and if it tips over, your items tend to spill out rather than remain contained within the purse if it was zipped up. It's sold at a very reasonable price given that it's made of vegan leather. Despite the closure problem, I do recommend it. ... show more

This pebbled vegan leather BOSTANTEN shoulder bag is incredibly soft to the touch, giving it a nice pliable feel while still being sturdy. It has that relaxed hobo style that’s both comfortable and well-structured. The beige color is a nice creamy white. The interior is nicely lined and includes a zippered pocket, a large open pocket, and two smaller ones, making it easy to stay organized and quickly grab everyday items. There’s no top zipper, but it does have a strong, secure snap closure. The rope-style handles are really unique—they feature knots at the ends and pull through grommets, allowing you to easily adjust the length. You can wear it over your shoulder, carry it as a top handle, or even slip it over your wrist. So far, the adjustments hold well at each length. Overall, this bag looks and feels high-end. It pairs just as well with jeans as it does with a dress, making it a very versatile piece. Great quality at a great price—I love it! ... show more

Bostanten usually makes great pieces, it’s that kind of accessible chic that always catches my attention. I almost didn’t order this bag, but I couldn’t resist because it’s Bostanten. That said, this one just isn’t really my style. The color is absolutely beautiful, it’s a warm brown that looks even better in person and the overall quality is solid. The material feels soft and well-made, so no complaints there. However, the design didn’t work for me. The bag is very slouchy and doesn’t hold its structure much, which makes it feel a bit too loose for my taste. It also doesn’t have a zipper, which makes it feel less secure than I would like for everyday use. I do think this really depends on the person. For someone who likes a softer, more relaxed bag, this could be a great option. But for me, it just didn’t work as well. ... show more
