I've been a gamer for the last 17 years and have tried many sound solutions: standup mics, laptop mics, wired and wireless headsets alike. I'm also picky about sound quality (I'm not someone that chases the bass even though this system excels in this area, and I enjoy the other qualities of music), and have purchased and returned multiple headsets and speakers until I found a system that suits my needs. This solution has been the absolute best. Here's why. Pros: -The sound quality for in-game is beyond stellar. -Noise-Cancellation (NC) makes games much more epic. -Voice-playback will naturally keep your personal vocal volume down. Have a significant other sleeping nearby? This will control your own vocal volume to not disturb them during your late-night slay fests. Nothing is worse than a gamer that can't hear themselves from NC, and screams into the mic. -Super comfortable and well positioned mic. I can wear these for hours on hours without discomfort. -NC is a must have for traveling. I travel for work, and the BTLE connection allows me to listen to music or podcasts without hearing the engine of a plane, car, etc. -Battery life well exceeds what is necessary, and the headset does not need to be on to take advantage of cabled-gaming experiences. So when you need to grab-and-go, your headset is always full charge. -Switching between profiles is easy. I use phone, laptop, smart TV, and gaming desktop and can swap between the selected profile in <20 seconds. -0 to 100% charge in about 15 minutes. Cons: -The headset cannot be used wireless for gaming. You must have the cable connected to both listen to in-game sounds and platforms like discord (DC quality is amazing, and people say they hear me perfect). -Gaming cable is short, and cannot really be used for console gaming. If you have a desktop, the volume controller needs to basically be within 6 inches of the edge of your desk to be functionally appropriate. In sum its a great purchase. I'm an old geezer so my hearing isn't the best. This headset works very well for me by turning up or down the volume using the right ear controls. It took a little getting used to where the buttons are located but after using them a few times it becomes second nature. You are able to connect with bluetooth using the iphone app which I recommend. And, you can connect to two devices at one time and switch between them. I had a little trouble reconnecting a laptop after using my iphone and a different laptop but deleting one of them made it a lot easier to do. Noise cancelling is adjustable to where all outside noise is still discernable to the highest level where I could just barely hear someone talking next to me. They are very comfortable to wear even for several hours. Battery power is excellent and you can go for a few days at a time before recharging. I let my grandson try the microphone for gaming and his friends said that he sounded loud and clear. Once you connect using the microphone then you lose the bluetooth connection but a separate volume control was included which worked just fine. I would highly recommend this headset and would rate it a 9 out of 10. ... show more

Best headphones for gaming EVER!!! Probably the best all around because you can take the attachment off and use them at the gym or whatever and they're far better than my Beats or Skull Candy. Best thing about these for gaming... I've played 12 hours a day for a week straight, give or take a day or two where I only played a few hours, and I never had to charge them. I've had them for months and never charged them once and they're working the perfectly! I guess they pull power through the controller for my Xbox but I've never seen gaming headsets do that so it's amazing to me! I hate my head set dying while in the middle of playing or forgetting to charge them! These you never have to worry about that! That is absolutely amazing and makes these next level! The noise cancelation is the best on the market. I can't hear anything around me with these on. Makes it better for hearing foot steps in shooting games. So comfortable so the design is A+++. I swear these are the best money spent. I wish I would've been able to buy these years ago rather than wasting all that money on other head sets. ... show more
