  • Works great on pavers, keystone block, rock.
Size: 7 In. Style: 7/8 In. Arbor Pattern Name: Xtreme Universal Rough Cuts
Works so well I bought extras that I probably don’t need, but at the sale price I couldn’t resist. I expected to go through 2 of these for my Versalock wall, but the first blade is still going strong. I had a couple sandstone boulders that I wanted to put a flat side on, and this blade carved off chunks amazingly well. If you’re not experienced with circular saws… well, maybe this isn’t something you should try… but I have found it really easy to cut (and “carve”) using this blade. ... show more

  • Xtreme Hard Materials: Dry Cutting Limestone--Cuts for Miles and Miles and Miles...
Size: 14 In. Style: 1 In. Arbor Pattern Name: Xtreme Hard Materials
I still haven't worn the 1st blade out. I bought a second as I figured the first HAD to be close to dead but no...I eventually put the second on just to make sure there were no problems with it to do a return b4 the window closed. I didn't tell the other guys running the saw. They were tired of me asking if it was cutting better or worse and they all said no difference even after switching to the new blade. I'm running a Husky 14" and chose the Xtreme. We're cutting out natural layers of limestone on the hill to make a larger area available next to the drive out garage. Middle TN limestone doesn't stand a chance against this blade. I started with a $50 cheap brand as it was the only thing delivered tomorrow. It sucked so bad I went back to a nearly worn out blade from Virginia abrasives. I wish I could buy them again but they aren't selling on Amazon anymore. IDKY anyone would buy the softer material options on this as the Xtreme Hard will cut anything just as well. We've been cutting the rebar for footers and block walls with it fine too when the smaller grinder cutoff wheels not handy. This is definitely worth an extra $20 or so for the Bosch and Xtreme Hard Materials version. Don't hesitate to get a few if you're doing this type of cutting. It beats the crap out of what HD sells for just as much or more. ... show more

  • Acceptable For Price
Size: 12 In. Style: 1 In. Arbor Pattern Name: Xtreme Hard Materials
For its price, it appears to have good durability against hard materials. I am still putting mileage on it cutting brick, block, and granite stone. My only dislike is under the high speed of my saw, the blade begins to “dance”. This causes premature separation of material being cut and subsequent undesirable results. I have to cut at a lower RPM. ... show more

  • Great Blade for ripping concrete pavers
Size: 7 In. Style: 7/8 In. Diamond Arbor Knockout Pattern Name: Standard Universal Rough Cuts
Trying to lay concrete patio pavers and I needed some custom cuts. I tried just using an angle grinder to cut the pavers, but I was not getting the smooth cut I desired. Then I decided to use my circular saw for deeper and straighter cuts, but I needed a good masonry blade. I chose a Bosch blade because they make great blades and I chose a segmented blade because that is best for concrete (and I didn't need a tile fine cut). This blade slices through the 2 inch concrete quickly and without any issue and has cut my expected cutting time in at least half, if not more. Great Blade! I was in mid-project when I decided I needed this blade and Amazon delivered in less than 24 hours. ... show more

  • A great solution if you need to make miter cuts!
Size: 10 In. Style: Standard Pattern Name: Standard Universal Rough Cuts
I used this for DRY CUTTING stacked marble stone for my half-bathroom renovation. I used my 10-inch Makita compound miter saw to cut MSI Stacked Alaskan ledger stone and it worked great. Yes, it was loud (so wear earplugs, I did). Yes, it was dusty (so I did this outside with a fan to blow the dust away from my person). Overall, I was very happy with the performance of the blade. I need to cut at 22.5-degrees, so I viewed this as the best option. Very pleased with the performance of this blade. ... show more

  • Cuts asphalt great
Size: 7 In. Style: 7/8 In. Diamond Arbor Knockout Pattern Name: Standard Universal Rough Cuts
I had to cut a channel across the drive way to replace gate wiring. I used a portable generator. As long as I let the blade do the work the generator was able to handle the job. Anyway the blade did a great job. Sure beat using a pick.
