As others have said, the pain point is removing the OEM system. My Jeep is only a couple weeks old so it was relatively easy to come out due to me just cutting it in 2 sections after realizing it's not really worth keeping it in one piece. The instructions that come with it are really a guide on how the pieces should mate in the vehicle. I found that it's easier to put the hangers on the system itself and install them as you go rather than trying to wedge and wiggle the borla hangers on them. I wish Borla would've powder coated the rear pipes and tips rather than whatever paint they used because it scratches pretty easy which probably causes them to chip over time but I'm going to replace them with chrome tips anyway so not an issue for me. ... show more

    • Disappointed in Sound
Was looking for better sound and more Horsepower. Neither of which I got. My Jeep Gladiator now sounds like something off of Fast and Furious. Nothing against the exhaust, just not what I was hoping for.

Update 12/02/21 I contacted Borla they asked for my amazon receipt and a pic of the issue, I sent it all back in an email and 3 days later I hat 2 brand new tips!! They were a pleasure to deal with fast response and stood behind their product so I'm back to giving 5 stars. I also added an S&B cold air intake with ram air now it even sounds better. I have by far the best sounding gladiator in my area!! Update 11/10/21 Less than 3 months and the powder coating is flaking off one of the tips. This is completely unacceptable on a 1700 dollar exhaust. I contacted Borla and told them of the issue and I will update again once I hear from them I would hope they swap it out with a new tip. Aside from the powder coating I love everything about it, I still love the sound but the flaking is totally unacceptable; I put it on a 2021 gladiator Rubicon. 3.6 Holy $#!t it sounds amazing! Waaay better than I hoped with zero drone infact its almost silent cruising at highway speed. Also the burble when it shifts at high rpms is SIC!!!!! I reiterate zero drone I drove to Florida from PA and it was a peaceful ride. Unless you get on it its near stock sound on the highway. But the second you put your foot in it she screams like a race car!!!!!! 100% happy with the purchase. And it was 450 cheaper here than from Borla's website. ... show more

    • Exhaust tips finish is chipping
I have purchased borla exhausts before and have always been satisfied with them They perform well and sound amazing. Unfortunately the exhaust tips finish is beginning to chip. They are welded on so its not an easy fix other than paying an exhaust shop to replace them or returning the product.

Easy install everything fits perfectly no headaches,sounds incredible quite at idle and roars at full throttle but not offensively loud, more power a great investment
