I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and have been using this pillow for about 3-4 weeks. My friend had given me a big C shaped pillow that I tried and didn't like as it was too big in the bed and i had trouble getting comfortable with it. I was having a lot of hip and lower back pain as I am carrying all in the front. This pillow has been a lifesaver for me as I tuck the large part between my upper thighs and knees and can get support for my growing belly by the smaller part. It has really helped with my back and hip pain at nighttime. It is smaller in the bed which is a plus for me and is easy to change positions with it to get comfortable throughout the night. I also have used it as a back pillow when sitting up in bed and it is comfortable that way as well. It is a little squishy after a few weeks of use but this has not been an issue for me as far as comfort goes. I got this pillow well ahead of time (at 4 months pregnant) because I knew pillows were going to be a must at some point for sleeping. I also got two other pillows (a wedge and a triangle) because I didn’t know what would work best for me. This has been by far the best comfort and support pillow! I even took it to the hospital to use it during labor ! It is soft but firm enough to support your belly without actually displacing it or making it feel tight (I felt other pillows were too hard/firm) Also, it keeps cool, is a very refreshing material that cools off quickly so as you are changing positions from left to right you can feel how it cools off quickly (very much needed during pregnancy). I initially got it to help me train to sleep on my sides (I am a back sleeper) but ended it liking it for so many more of its features. Definitely recommended, I continue using it in bed to support my arm while breastfeeding! Great pillow ... show more

    • Best pregnancy pillow!
So this is the 3rd pregnancy pillow I have tried and have been desperate to find a good one. My hips have absolutely been killing me and I toss and turn all night. The first pillow was an all body pillow that was a big u-shape. It was pretty comfortable but HUGE and it was a pain at night to move the whole thing the way I wanted. Plus I couldnt use my own head pillow and that didnt work for me. The next pillow was a one sided body pillow with a wedge attached to the end for belly support. It was really long and again was a pain to flip with me each time I turned. Plus the wedge was pretty firm and put too much pressure on my tummy. I would also wake up with hip pain with both of these. FINALLY I decided to try the boppy since I've heard so many people recommend it. I was skeptical at first because the reviews were not the best. HOWEVER, I am so glad I tried! This is the first pillow that I have slept with where I wake up with no hip pain! I love that it is mid size so can easily flip with me at night if I need to roll over. Plus with the difference in the shapes on each side, there are so many way to use it. So glad I bought it! Why 4 stars then? Well...I've noticed after a month of use it has really started to flatten which I was worried about due to the kind of stuffing it has. This is a but disappointing and I am worried about its longevity. I think I am going to try putting it in the dryer to see if it will "re-fluff" it. Worse case scenario, I may open up the stitching a bit and add in some of my own pillow filling. With that being said, I still think this is the best pillow I have tried this far and will be keeping it! The cover also unzips and everything is washable which is a huge plus. ... show more

    • Single best pillow ever!!
I bought this pretty early in my pregnancy (like 6 weeks or so) as I'd already needed a pillow between my legs for my knees and then almost immediately when I found out I was pregnant I could feel the need for belly support and using the little couch cushion sucked having to turn it when I rolled over and it would Just slide out. Just after I got it I found out I was having twins which is why I needed support already as I'd had a messed up c-section with my daughter so my lower abdominal muscles were totally painful immediately plus I have a disease where my tendons and ligaments are messed up so I had no internal support from day 1. Being able to turn with this pillow and have it stay both between my legs and belly were immediately a godsend and sleeping was no longer super painful!! Love how it's super soft and the cover can come off to be washed! I'm 25 weeks now and have used it every single night since I received it. Literally only complaint is there isn't much stuffing in the belly part. I keep forgetting but when I finally do remember I'll be picking up a bag of fluff to stuff the belly part up a bit more! Still I love how its small (even though we have a cali king bed so size wasn't a big deal) and absolutely LOVE how It moves with me at night when I roll over and stays comfortable without needing to be adjusted except to replace it if I get up to pee a million times! I fell back to sleep one night without putting the pillow back in place and even after just a few hours of sleeping without it I was in pain for days! As I said its perfect in every way, just needs a bit more stuffing in the belly portion. As I'm only 25 weeks with the twins and already my belly is larger than when I had my daughter (at least I know this would still be the best pillow ever full term with one baby! Lol) so we shall see how things go as I get even bigger and bigger! I just know without the pillow I doubt I'd be able to function during the day starting from like 8 weeks on between my disease and botched c-section messing up my internal belly support!! ... show more

I don't recommend it for advanced pregnancy. It is very short and does not reach below the breasts as shown in the photo. It's a shame because it's comfortable. But I would have preferred longer and less wide at the top.
